Claims (19)

1. A combination, comprising:

(a) a device for mounting one or more cables, comprising:

a strip having a flat portion that defines a plane and an undulating portion comprising a plurality of undulations, each of the undulations extending in a direction normal above the plane;

a hook attached to the strip;

a plurality of openings in the strip;

wherein the strip is formed into a closed loop, the hook being inserted into one of the plurality of openings to secure the strip into the form of a closed loop; and

(b) at least one cable captured by the device within the closed loop of the device.

2. The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the device is formed as a unitary member.

3. The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the device is formed of a polymeric material.

4. The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the plurality of slots are positioned in the flat portion of the strip.

5. The device defined in claim 1 , wherein at least a portion of the undulations are located within the closed loop.

6. The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the hook extends generally perpendicularly to the flat portion.

7. A combination, comprising:

(a) a device for mounting one or more cables, comprising:

a strip having a flat portion and an undulating portion having a plurality of undulations, each of the undulations extending in a direction normal above the plane defined by the flat portion;

a hook attached to the strip; and

a plurality of openings in the strip,

wherein the strip is formed into a closed loop, the hook being inserted into one of the plurality of openings to secure the strip into the form of a closed loop, the undulations being oriented to extend generally radially; and

(b) at least one cable captured by the device within the closed loop of the device.
