Abstract

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining an image of a code from a first mobile device associated with a first user. The code is associated with a community social media platform. Further embodiments can include allowing the first mobile device access to the community social media platform in response to validating that the first user is associated with a community associated with the community social media platform, and obtaining a request from the first mobile device for a service. Additional embodiments can include identifying a second mobile device associated with a second user based on the second user providing the service, and providing a message to the second mobile device indicating the second user perform the service for the first user. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The device of claim 6 , wherein the identifying of the second mobile device is within the second group of locations comprises detecting a third location of the second mobile device from a second base station communicatively coupled to the second mobile device, wherein the second group of locations includes the third location.

8 . The device of claim 6 , wherein the identifying of the second mobile device is within the second group of locations comprises obtaining a fourth location of the second mobile device from the second mobile device, wherein the second group of locations includes the fourth location.

9 . The device of claim 1 , wherein the first reputation score associated with performing of the service is selected from a predefined range by the first user.

10 . The device of claim 9 , wherein identifying of the second mobile device comprises

determining a second reputation score associated with the second user is above the first reputation score.

11 . The device of claim 10 , wherein the operations comprise:

obtaining a third reputation score associated with the second user after completing the service; and

adjusting the second reputation score based on the third reputation score.

12 . A non-transitory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:

obtaining an image of a code from a first mobile device associated with a first user, wherein the code is associated with a community social media platform;

allowing the first mobile device access to the community social media platform in response to validating that the first user is associated with a community associated with the community social media platform;

obtaining a request from the first mobile device for a service, wherein the request indicates a first reputation score associated with performing of the service, wherein the service is associated with an event;

obtaining traffic information, wherein the traffic information includes road closures that overlap in time with the event;

identifying a second mobile device associated with a second user based on the second user providing the service, wherein the identifying comprises matching the first user with the second user based on the first reputation score, wherein the first reputation score is calculated from an initial service rating, wherein the matching the first user with the second user is performed by a machine learning application and is based on a distance associated with the service, an event associated with the service, or a combination thereof;

determining a second reputation score associated with the second user is above the first reputation score;

providing to the first mobile device and the second mobile device an indication of the traffic information that overlap in time with the event;

based on a combination of the request for the service, distance associated with the service, first reputation score of the second user, and a geographic location of the second mobile device relative to the first mobile device, providing a message to the second mobile device indicating the second user perform the service associated with the event for the first user;

obtaining a third reputation score associated with the second user after completing the service; and

adjusting the second reputation score based on the third reputation score.

13 . The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 12 , wherein the code comprises a quick response (QR) code.
