Systems, non-transitory computer readable mediums, and methods for improved vehicle transaction platforms
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for improved vehicle transaction platforms. An example method may include receiving, by a vehicle transaction platform, a search request for vehicles from a user device associated with a first user account. The example method may also include receiving identifying information associated with the user account, wherein at least a portion of the identifying information is received from a third party. The example method may also include identifying, based on the identifying information, a predetermined search pattern, wherein the predetermined search pattern was generated based on a prior search request associated with a second user account and identifying information associated with the second user account. The example method may also include generating, based on the predetermined search pattern and the search request, a user interface configured to present a set of vehicles associated with the predetermined search pattern, wherein a presentation of a first vehicle of the set of vehicles includes financial acquisition terms customized based on the predetermined search pattern.
1 . A system comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory storing computer-executable instructions, that when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to:
determine, at a first time, prior to receiving a vehicle search request from a first consumer, via a website associated with a vehicle transaction platform comprising an inventory of vehicles for acquisition, and using a machine learning model, a plurality of consumer search patterns based on one or more prior searches performed by a plurality of consumers through a user interface of the website, wherein the inventory of vehicles includes at least 5,000 vehicles with at least 1,000 down payment options, at least 350 net trade-in options, at least five payment term options, and at least 50,000 tax locations, and wherein an amount of time required to calculate, by the vehicle transaction platform, all possible transaction pricing data permutations for vehicles in the inventory of vehicles would render the website of the vehicle transaction platform unusable as the vehicle transaction platform would be unable to perform calculations to update a user interface website in real-time with the transaction pricing data for each of the vehicles in the inventory of vehicles;
determine, via the machine learning model, a first subset of vehicles of the inventory of vehicles and one or more deal structures associated with a first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
determine, based on the one or more deal structures, actual transaction pricing data for the first subset of vehicles, the actual transaction pricing data including total purchase prices and periodic payment amounts for the first subset of vehicles;
store the plurality of consumer search patterns in memory, wherein the actual transaction pricing data is stored in the memory in association with the first consumer search pattern;
receive, at a second time subsequent to storing the plurality of consumer search patterns in the memory, from a user device associated with the first consumer, and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, the vehicle search request, wherein the first consumer that is different than the plurality of consumers, wherein the vehicle search request is performed using a first user account associated with a user;
determine, by the machine learning model and based on consumer information associated with the first consumer, that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
retrieve, at the second time and based on the determination that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data from the memory without re-calculating the actual transaction pricing data at the second time;
present, at the second time, using the transaction pricing data stored in the memory instead of re-calculating the transaction pricing data in real-time, and via the user interface of the website, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data, such that the first subset of the vehicles and the transaction pricing are presented to the user in real-time via the user interface of the website as the user browses the website without causing latency that would prevent the user interface of the website from being presented in real-time;
receive, at a third time and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, an input including a modification to the vehicle search request;
dynamically update, at the third time and based on the input, the actual transaction pricing data to produce updated actual transaction pricing data; and
present, at the third time and via the user interface, the updated actual transaction pricing data.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein determining the plurality of consumer search patterns further comprises:
receive, by the vehicle transaction platform and from a second consumer device associated with a second consumer accessing the vehicle transaction platform, a first set of vehicle searches and a first financing structure associated with a first vehicle included within the first set of vehicle searches, the first financing structure including at least one of: a down payment or a term length;
determine, based on the first set of vehicle searches and the first financing structure, a second consumer search pattern, wherein the second consumer search pattern includes information about the second consumer, the first set of vehicle searches, and the first financing structure; and
store the second consumer search pattern in the memory.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the computer-executable instructions further cause the at least one processor to:
determine additional information associated with the first consumer, the additional information including at least one of: a vehicle tax amount for a zip code of the first user account, an interest rate, or a vehicle insurance plan;
determine, based on the additional information, a monthly payment amount for two or more vehicles of the first set of vehicle searches; and
present, on the user interface, the payment amount for a first vehicle of the first set of vehicle searches.

The system of claim 2 , wherein the memory includes permanent memory and temporary memory, and wherein storing the first set of vehicle searches and a first set of financing structures in the memory associated with the second consumer search pattern further comprises storing the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures in the permanent memory based on the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures being established at a first frequency.
5 . The system of claim 4 , wherein the computer-executable instructions further cause the at least one processor to:
store a second set of vehicle searches and a second set of associated financing structures in the temporary memory instead of the permanent memory based on the second set of vehicle searches and the second set of financing structures being established at a second frequency that is less than the first frequency.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the user interface is presented via the user device associated with the first user account.
7 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the vehicle search request is received from a mobile device of the first consumer, and wherein an identity of the first consumer is determined using digital identify information based on at least one of: an Internet Protocol (IP) or Media Access Control (MAC) address of the mobile device, an Internet Service Provider (ISP) associated with the mobile device, a cell tower that the mobile device is connected to, or saved cookies associated with the mobile device and the vehicle transaction platform.
8 . A method, comprising:
determining, at a first time, prior to receiving a vehicle search request from a first consumer, via a website associated with a vehicle transaction platform comprising an inventory of vehicles for acquisition, and using a machine learning model, a plurality of consumer search patterns based on one or more prior searches performed by a plurality of consumers through a user interface of the website, wherein the inventory of vehicles includes at least 5,000 vehicles with at least 1,000 down payment options, at least 350 net trade-in options, at least five payment term options, and at least 50,000 tax locations, and wherein an amount of time required to calculate, by the vehicle transaction platform, all possible transaction pricing data permutations for vehicles in the inventory of vehicles would render the website of the vehicle transaction platform unusable as the vehicle transaction platform would be unable to perform calculations to update a user interface website in real-time with the transaction pricing data for each of the vehicles in the inventory of vehicles;
determining, via the machine learning model, a first subset of vehicles of the inventory of vehicles and one or more deal structures associated with a first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
determine, based on the one or more deal structures, actual transaction pricing data for the first subset of vehicles, the actual transaction pricing data including total purchase prices and periodic payment amounts for the first subset of vehicles;
storing the plurality of consumer search patterns in memory, wherein the actual transaction pricing data is stored in the memory in association with the first consumer search pattern;
receiving, at a second time subsequent to storing the plurality of consumer search patterns in the memory, from a user device associated with the first consumer, and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, the vehicle search request, wherein the first consumer that is different than the plurality of consumers, wherein the vehicle search request is performed using a first user account associated with a user;
determining, by the machine learning model and based on consumer information associated with the first consumer, that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
retrieve, at the second time and based on the determination that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data from the memory without re-calculating the actual transaction pricing data at the second time;
present, at the second time, using the transaction pricing data stored in the memory instead of re-calculating the transaction pricing data in real-time, and via the user interface of the website, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data, such that the first subset of the vehicles and the transaction pricing are presented to the user in real-time via the user interface of the website as the user browses the website without causing latency that would prevent the user interface of the website from being presented in real-time;
receiving, at a third time and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, an input including a modification to the vehicle search request;
dynamically updating, in at the third time and based on the input, the actual transaction pricing data to produce updated actual transaction pricing data; and
presenting, in at the third time and via the user interface, the updated actual transaction pricing data.
9 . The method of claim 8 , wherein determining the plurality of consumer search patterns further comprises:
receiving, by the vehicle transaction platform and from a second consumer device associated with a second consumer accessing the vehicle transaction platform, a first set of vehicle searches and a first financing structure associated with a first vehicle included within the first set of vehicle searches, the first financing structure including at least one of: a down payment or a term length;
determining, based on the first set of vehicles searches and the first financing structure, a second consumer search pattern, wherein the second consumer search pattern includes information about the second consumer, the first set of vehicle searches, and the first financing structure; and
storing the second consumer search pattern in the memory.
10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising
determining additional information associated with the first consumer, the additional information including at least one of: a vehicle tax amount for a zip code of the first user account, an interest rate, or a vehicle insurance plan;
determining, based on the additional information, a monthly payment amount for two or more vehicles of the first set of vehicle searches; and
presenting, on the user interface, the payment amount for a first vehicle of the first set of vehicle searches.
11 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the memory includes permanent memory and temporary memory, and wherein storing the first set of vehicle searches and a first set of financing structures in the memory associated with the second consumer search pattern further comprises storing the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures in the permanent memory based on the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures being established at a first frequency.
12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the user interface is presented via the user device associated with the first user account.
13 . A non-transitory computer readable medium including computer-executable instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations of:
determining, at a first time, prior to receiving a vehicle search request from a first consumer, via a website associated with a vehicle transaction platform comprising an inventory of vehicles for acquisition, and using a machine learning model, a plurality of consumer search patterns based on one or more prior searches performed by a plurality of consumers through a user interface of the website, wherein the inventory of vehicles includes at least 5,000 vehicles with at least 1,000 down payment options, at least 350 net trade-in options, at least five payment term options, and at least 50,000 tax locations, and wherein an amount of time required to calculate, by the vehicle transaction platform, all possible transaction pricing data permutations for vehicles in the inventory of vehicles would render the website of the vehicle transaction platform unusable as the vehicle transaction platform would be unable to perform calculations to update a user interface website in real-time with the transaction pricing data for each of the vehicles in the inventory of vehicles;
determining, via the machine learning model, a first subset of vehicles of the inventory of vehicles and one or more deal structures associated with a first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
determining, based on the one or more deal structures, actual transaction pricing data for the first subset of vehicles, the actual transaction pricing data including total purchase prices and periodic payment amounts for the first subset of vehicles;
storing the plurality of consumer search patterns in memory, wherein the actual transaction pricing data is stored in the memory in association with the first consumer search pattern;
receiving, at a second time subsequent to storing the plurality of consumer search patterns in the memory, from a user device associated with the first consumer, and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, the vehicle search request, wherein the first consumer that is different than the plurality of consumers, wherein the vehicle search request is performed using a first user account associated with a user;
determining, by the machine learning model and based on consumer information associated with the first, that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern of the plurality of consumer search patterns;
retrieving, at the second time and based on the determination that the consumer information matches the first consumer search pattern, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data from the memory without re-calculating the actual transaction pricing data at the second time;
present, at the second time, using the transaction pricing data stored in the memory instead of re-calculating the transaction pricing data in real-time, and via the user interface of the website, the first subset of vehicles and the actual transaction pricing data, such that the first subset of the vehicles and the transaction pricing are presented to the user in real-time via the user interface of the website as the user browses the website without causing latency that would prevent the user interface of the website from being presented in real-time;
receive, at a third time and via the user interface of the website associated with the vehicle transaction platform, an input including a modification to the vehicle search request;
dynamically update, at the third time and based on the input, the actual transaction pricing data to produce updated actual transaction pricing data; and
present, in at the third time and via the user interface, the updated actual transaction pricing data.
14 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein determining the plurality of consumer search patterns further comprises:
receiving, by the vehicle transaction platform and from a second consumer device associated with a second consumer accessing the vehicle transaction platform, a first set of vehicle searches and a first financing structure associated with a first vehicle included within the first set of vehicle searches, the first financing structure including at least one of: a down payment or a term length;
determining, based on the first set of vehicles searches and the first financing structure, a second consumer search pattern, wherein the second consumer search pattern includes information about the second consumer, the first set of vehicle searches, and the first financing structure; and
storing the second consumer search pattern in the memory.
15 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 14 , wherein the computer-executable instructions further cause the one or more processors to perform operations of:
determining additional information associated with the first consumer, the additional information including at least one of: a vehicle tax amount for a zip code of the first user account, an interest rate, or a vehicle insurance plan;
determining, based on the additional information, a monthly payment amount for two or more vehicles of the first set of vehicle searches; and
presenting, on the user interface, the payment amount for a first vehicle of the first set of vehicle searches.

The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 14 , wherein the memory includes permanent memory and temporary memory, and wherein storing the first set of vehicle searches and a first set of financing structures in the memory associated with the second consumer search pattern further comprises storing the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures in the permanent memory based on the first set of vehicle searches and the first set of financing structures being established at a first frequency.
17 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 13 , wherein the user interface is presented via the user device associated with the first user account.
