Provided is a terminal apparatus configured to release, based on receiving, via a DCCH from the base station apparatus, an RRC message including a part of session information of an MBS session, an MBS radio bearer used to receive the MBS session.
1 . A terminal apparatus for communicating with a base station apparatus, wherein
the terminal apparatus is configured to release a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity of a Multicast Broadcast Service (MBS) Radio Bearer (MRB) for receiving an MBS on a Point-to-Point basis after receiving, from the base station, via a Dedicated Control Channel (DCCH), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message including a session identity (ID) of the MBS, the RRC message indicating to the terminal apparatus to release the MRB corresponding to the session ID.
2 . A base station apparatus for communicating with a terminal apparatus, wherein
the base station apparatus is configured to cause the terminal apparatus to release a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity of a Multicast Broadcast Service (MBS) Radio Bearer (MRB) for transmitting an MBS on a Point-to-Point basis after transmitting, to the terminal apparatus, via a Dedicated Control Channel (DCCH), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message including a session identity (ID) of the MBS, the RRC message indicating to the terminal apparatus to release the MRB corresponding to the session ID.
3 . A method performed by a terminal apparatus for communicating with a base station apparatus, the method comprising:
releasing a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) entity of a Multicast Broadcast Service (MBS) Radio Bearer (MRB) for receiving an MBS on a Point-to-Point basis after receiving, from the base station, via a Dedicated Control Channel (DCCH), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message including a session identity (ID) of the MBS, the RRC message indicating to the terminal apparatus to release the MRB corresponding to the session ID.
