Abstract

An ultrasonography apparatus includes a processor configured to acquire an ultrasound image group including multiple ultrasound images of a subject captured by an ultrasound probe at multiple imaging positions of the subject, predict an imaging position where a disease predicted in the subject is capable of being imaged on the basis of the multiple ultrasound images of the subject with reference to multiple diagnosed ultrasound image groups and a diagnostic log which is for each of the multiple diagnosed ultrasound image groups and which includes positional information indicating a position of a disease, notify of the predicted imaging position, update the diagnostic log, detect a current position of the ultrasound probe on the subject, and display an image that shows the image of the subject superimposed with the current position of the ultrasound probe and the predicted imaging position on the image showing the image of the subject.

Claims (30)

1 . An ultrasonography apparatus comprising:

an ultrasound probe; and

at least one processor,

wherein the processor is configured to:

acquire an ultrasound image group including a plurality of ultrasound images of a subject captured by the ultrasound probe at a plurality of imaging positions of the subject;

predict an imaging position where the imaging position has not been detected and a disease predicted in the subject is capable of being imaged on the basis of the plurality of ultrasound images of the subject with reference to a plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and a diagnostic log which is for each of the plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and which includes positional information indicating a position of a disease;

notify of the predicted imaging position;

update the diagnostic log;

detect a current position of the ultrasound probe on the subject; and

display an image that shows the image of the subject superimposed with the current position of the ultrasound probe and the predicted imaging position on the image showing the image of the subject.

2 . The ultrasonography apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the processor is configured to create the diagnostic log in which findings about the acquired ultrasound image group are described.

3 . The ultrasonography apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the processor is configured to repeatedly perform the acquisition of a new ultrasound image group at the predicted imaging position, the searching of a new similar ultrasound image group based on the new ultrasound image group, a specification of a new imaging position based on the predicted imaging position, and the notification of the new imaging position.

4 . The ultrasonography apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein the processor is configured to repeatedly perform the acquisition of a new ultrasound image group at the predicted imaging position, the searching of a new similar ultrasound image group based on the new ultrasound image group, a specification of a new imaging position based on the predicted imaging position, the notification of the new imaging position, and update of the diagnostic log based on findings about the new ultrasound image group.

5 . An ultrasonography method used by an ultrasonography apparatus having a processor and an ultrasonic probe, the method comprising:

acquiring an ultrasound image group including a plurality of ultrasound images of a subject captured by the ultrasound probe at a plurality of imaging positions of the subject;

predicting an imaging position where the imaging position has not been detected and a disease predicted in the subject is capable of being imaged on the basis of the plurality of ultrasound images of the subject with reference to a plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and a diagnostic log which is for each of the plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and which includes positional information indicating a position of a disease;

notifying of the predicted imaging position;

updating the diagnostic log;

detecting a current position of the ultrasound probe on the subject; and

displaying an image that shows image of the subject superimposed with the current position of the ultrasound probe and the predicted imaging position on the image schematically showing the image of the subject.

6 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores an ultrasonography program that causes an ultrasonography apparatus having a processor and an ultrasonic probe to execute:

acquiring an ultrasound image group including a plurality of ultrasound images of a subject captured by the ultrasound probe at a plurality of imaging positions of the subject;

predicting an imaging position where the imaging position has not been detected and a disease predicted in the subject is capable of being imaged on the basis of the plurality of ultrasound images of the subject with reference to a plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and a diagnostic log which is for each of the plurality of diagnosed ultrasound image groups and which includes positional information indicating a position of a disease;

notifying of the predicted imaging position;

updating the diagnostic log;

detecting a current position of the ultrasound probe on the subject; and

displaying an image that shows the image of the subject superimposed with the current position of the ultrasound probe and the predicted imaging position on the image schematically showing the image of the subject.
