Multiple vehicles to provide energy to a location
An example operation includes one or more of halting, by a vehicle, charge to a location when a battery capacity of the vehicle is below a threshold; determining, by the vehicle, another vehicle that is available to provide charge to the location; maneuvering, by the vehicle, to a charging station; maneuvering, by the another vehicle, to the location; and providing, by the another vehicle, charging to the location.
1 . A method, comprising:
determining a threshold capacity of a battery of a vehicle that is providing charge to a location, based on an amount of charge needed to move the vehicle a distance between the location and a remote charging station;
causing the battery to provide energy to the location when a capacity of the battery is above the threshold capacity;
identifying that the capacity has dropped below the threshold capacity as a result of the energy provided to the location;
stopping the energy from being provided to the location in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity;
in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity, autonomously controlling the vehicle to maneuver from the location; and
determining whether to share or cede control of a device at the location with or to an other vehicle to enable the other vehicle to provide an amount of energy to the location.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
determining a charging route for the other vehicle, wherein the charging route is based on a number of locations in need of charging and a proximity of the number of locations to the remote charging station.
3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the autonomously controlling the vehicle comprises;
maneuvering the vehicle to the remote charging station for a period of time based on the charging route of the other vehicle.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the method comprises:
receiving a temperature of the location,
wherein the determining the threshold capacity comprises;
determining that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy based on the temperature.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the method comprises:
communicating wirelessly between the vehicle and the other vehicle to determine that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy to the location.
6 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
identifying an optimum area in the location based on feedback from one or more devices at the location;
notifying an occupant of the location to move to the optimum area; and
controlling a device associated with the optimum area to regulate a temperature of the optimum area.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the determining whether to share or cede control of the device comprises:
determining that the vehicle and the other vehicle will share control of the device after the vehicle has maneuvered from the location.
8 . A system, comprising:
a processor that executes instructions stored in a memory to configure the processor to:
determine a threshold capacity of a battery of a vehicle that is providing charge to a location, based on an amount of charge needed to move the vehicle a distance between the location and a remote charging station,
cause the battery to provide energy to the location when a capacity of the battery is above the threshold capacity,
identify that the capacity has dropped below the threshold capacity as a result of the energy provided to the location,
stop the energy from being provided to the location in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity; and
in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity, autonomously control the vehicle to maneuver from the location, and
determine whether to share or cede control of a device at the location with or to an other vehicle to enable the other vehicle to provide an amount of energy to the location.
9 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is further configured to:
determine a charging route for the other vehicle, wherein the charging route is based on a number of locations in need of charging and a proximity of the number of locations to the remote charging station.
10 . The system of claim 9 wherein, when the processor autonomously controls the vehicle, the processor is configured to:
maneuver the vehicle to the remote charging station for a period of time based on the charging route of the other vehicle.
11 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to:
receive a temperature of the location, and
wherein, when the processor determines the threshold capacity, the processor is configured to:
determine that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy based on the temperature.
12 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to:
communicate wirelessly between the vehicle and the other vehicle to determine that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy to the location.
13 . The system of claim 8 , wherein the processor is configured to:
identify an optimum area in the location based on feedback from one or more devices at the location,
notify an occupant of the location to move to the optimum area, and
control a device associated with the optimum area to regulate a temperature of the optimum area.
14 . The system of claim 8 , wherein, when the processor determines whether to share or cede control of the device, the processor is further configured to:
determine that the vehicle and the other vehicle will share control of the device after the vehicle has maneuvered from the location.
15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium comprising instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform:
determining a threshold capacity of a battery of a vehicle that is providing charge to a location, based on an amount of charge needed to move the vehicle a distance between the location and a remote charging station;
causing the battery to provide energy to the location when a capacity of the battery is above the threshold capacity;
identifying that the capacity has dropped below the threshold capacity as a result of the energy provided to the location;
stopping the energy from being provided to the location in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity;
in response to the capacity dropping below the threshold capacity, autonomously controlling the vehicle to maneuver from the location; and
determining whether to share or cede control of a device at the location with or to an other.
16 . The non-transitory transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions cause the processor to perform:
determining a charging route for the other vehicle, wherein the charging route is based on a number of locations in need of charging and a proximity of the number of locations to the remote charging station.
17 . The non-transitory transitory computer-readable medium of claim 16 , wherein the autonomously maneuvering, by the vehicle, comprises maneuvering the vehicle to the remote charging station for a period of time based, at least in part, on a charging route of the another vehicle.
18 . The non-transitory transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions cause the processor to perform;
receiving a temperature of the location,
wherein the determining the threshold capacity comprises:
determining that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy based on the temperature.
19 . The non-transitory transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the wherein the instructions cause the processor to perform;
communicating wirelessly between the vehicle and the other vehicle to determine that the other vehicle is available to provide the amount of energy to the location.
20 . The non-transitory transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the instructions cause the processor to perform:
identifying an optimum area in the location based on feedback from one or more devices at the location;
notifying an occupant of the location to move to the optimum area; and
controlling a device associated with the optimum area to regulate a temperature of the optimum area.
