Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: a graft polymer including a rubber polymer having a gel content of 0 to 10 wt % and including an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit and a diene-based monomer unit; and a shell including a (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit which are grafted to the rubber polymer; and a non-grafted polymer including a (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit and an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, wherein the refractive indices of the graft polymer and the non-grafted polymer differ by 0.0100 or less.

Claims (21)

1 . A thermoplastic resin composition comprising:

a graft polymer including a rubber polymer having a gel content of 0 to 5 wt % and including an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit and a diene-based monomer unit; and a shell including a (meth) acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit, wherein the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit and the vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit are grafted to the rubber polymer; and

a non-grafted polymer including a (meth) acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit,

wherein refractive indices of the graft polymer and the non-grafted polymer differ by 0.0100 or less, and

wherein the rubber polymer has an average particle diameter of 20 to 100 nm.

2 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , wherein the rubber polymer includes the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit and the diene-based monomer unit in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 35:65.

3 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , wherein the graft polymer comprises:

30.0 to 65.0 wt % of the rubber polymer;

10.0 to 55.0 wt % of the (meth) acrylate-based monomer unit; and

5.0 to 40.0 wt % of the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit.

4 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , wherein the non-grafted polymer includes:

39.0 to 65.0 wt % of the (meth) acrylate-based monomer unit; and

35.0 to 61.0 wt % of the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit.

5 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , comprising:

10.0 to 70.0 wt % of the graft polymer; and

30.0 to 90.0 wt % of the non-grafted polymer.

6 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , wherein each of the graft polymer and the non-grafted polymer independently has a refractive index of 1.5230 to 1.5420.

7 . The thermoplastic resin composition of claim 1 , comprising:

5.0 to 35.0 wt % of the rubber polymer;

24.0 to 60.0 wt % of the (meth) acrylate-based monomer unit; and

19.0 to 47.0 wt % of the aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit.
