Branched type hetero monodispersed polyethylene glycol, production method thereof, and conjugate thereof
An intermediate for production of a branched type hetero monodispersed polyethylene glycol which is represented by formula (2), the intermediate being represented by formula (3) or (40): where X 1 , L 1 , L 3 , Y 1 , Y 2 , and n are as defined herein.
1 . An intermediate for production of a branched type hetero monodispersed polyethylene glycol which is represented by formula (2), the intermediate being represented by formula (3):
in formula (2),
X 1 and Y 1 each represents an atomic group containing at least a functional group capable of reacting with a functional group present in a biofunctional molecule to form a covalent bond, provided that the functional group contained in the atomic group X 1 and the functional group contained in the atomic group Y 1 are different from each other,
n is an integer of 6 to 12,
L 1 represents a single bond or a divalent organic group, and
L 3 represents a single bond, —L 4 —(CH 2 ) m1 —or —L 4 —(CH 2 ) m2 —L 5 —(CH 2 ) m3 —, L 4 represents any of an ether bond, an amide bond and a urethane bond, L 5 represents an amide bond or a urethane bond, and m1, m2 and m3 each independently represents an integer of 1 to 5,
in formula (3),
n represents an integer of 6 to 12, and
Y 2 represents —NH 2 or —O—(CH 2 ) m4 —NH 2 , and m4 represents an integer of 1 to 5.
