Lighting device and vehicle lamp comprising same
A lighting device disclosed in the embodiment of the invention includes a base member including a straight portion and a curved portion, a substrate including a first substrate disposed on the straight portion of the base member and a second substrate disposed on the curved portion; a plurality of light sources disposed on each of the first and second substrates, a resin layer including a first resin portion disposed on the first substrate and a second resin portion surrounding the second substrate, and a phosphor layer disposed on the resin layer, and an outer side surface of the second resin portion may include a curved surface.
1 . A lighting device comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of light sources disposed on the substrate;
a resin layer disposed on the substrate and covering the plurality of light sources; and
a lens disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer,
wherein the plurality of light sources is arranged M in a row direction and N in a column direction, where M and N are two or more,
wherein a distance between at least two of the plurality of light sources and a first region of an upper surface of the resin layer in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate is a first distance,
wherein a distance between at least one of the plurality of light sources and a second region of the upper surface of the resin layer in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate is a second distance,
wherein the second distance is smaller than the first distance,
wherein the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer has a convex curved surface,
wherein a distance between the first region of the upper surface of the resin layer and the lens in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate is a third distance,
wherein a distance between the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer and the lens in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate is a fourth distance, and
wherein the fourth distance is smaller than the third distance.
2 . The lighting device of claim 1 , comprising:
a phosphor layer disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer.
3 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein the phosphor layer includes has a curved surface on the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer.
4 . The lighting device of claim 3 ,
wherein the phosphor layer extends to at least one side surface from the upper surface of the resin layer.
5 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer overlaps at least one side surface of the substrate in a horizontal direction.
6 . The lighting device of claim 5 , comprising:
a phosphor layer disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer,
wherein a portion of the phosphor layer is disposed on the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer.
7 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the resin layer includes a first resin portion having the first region on the substrate and a second resin portion having the second region.
8 . The lighting device of claim 7 ,
wherein the first resin portion has a first thickness greater than the first distance,
wherein the second resin portion has a second thickness that is greater than the second distance.
9 . The lighting device of claim 8 ,
wherein the second resin portion has the second thickness less than the first thickness.
10 . The lighting device of claim 7 ,
wherein the first resin portion has a first thickness greater than the first distance,
wherein the second resin portion has a second thickness that is smaller than the second distance.
11 . The lighting device of claim 7 ,
wherein the resin layer includes a third resin portion disposed on a lower surface of the substrate.
12 . The lighting device of claim 11 ,
wherein the third resin portion is connected to the second resin portion.
13 . The lighting device of claim 2 , comprising:
the lens disposed on the phosphor layer,
wherein the phosphor layer is disposed between the resin layer and the lens.
14 . The lighting device of claim 13 ,
wherein a portion of the lens overlaps the substrate in a horizontal direction.
15 . The lighting device of claim 13 ,
wherein the lens is a red lens,
wherein the light sources emit blue light,
wherein light emitted through the red lens is red.
16 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the lens extends outside an edge of the substrate on the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer, and
wherein the lens has a convex curved surface.
17 . The lighting device of claim 16 , comprising:
a diffusion plate disposed between the lens and the resin layer and including a transparent material,
wherein the diffusion plate includes regions where a distance between the diffusion plate and the convex curved surface of the lens is different, and
wherein the diffusion plate is disposed closer to the resin layer than the lens.
18 . The lighting device of claim 13 ,
wherein the substrate includes holes through which light generated from the light sources transmits, and
wherein a portion of the substrate includes a transparent material that transmits light.
19 . The lighting device of claim 13 ,
wherein a distance between the substrate and the first region of the upper surface of the resin layer ranges from 4 mm to 5 mm, and
wherein a distance between the light sources ranges from 4 mm to 7 mm.
20 . A lighting device comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of light sources disposed on the substrate;
a resin layer disposed on the substrate and covering the plurality of light sources;
a phosphor layer disposed on the upper surface of the resin layer; and
a lens disposed on the phosphor layer,
wherein the phosphor layer is disposed between the resin layer and the lens,
wherein the plurality of light sources is arranged M in a row direction and N in a column direction, where M and N are two or more,
wherein a distance between at least two of the plurality of light sources and a first region of an upper surface of the resin layer in a direction perpendicular to an upper surface of the substrate is a first distance,
wherein a distance between at least one of the plurality of light sources and a second region of the upper surface of the resin layer in the direction perpendicular to the upper surface of the substrate is a second distance,
wherein the second distance is smaller than the first distance,
wherein the second region of the upper surface of the resin layer has a convex curved surface,
wherein the substrate includes holes through which light generated from the light sources transmits, and
wherein a portion of the substrate includes a transparent material that transmits light.
