Abstract

A garden light includes a translucent hollow column, a solar light emitting module mounted onto the top end of the hollow column, and a first light emitting module detachably assembled to the bottom side of the solar light emitting module. Users can selectively use an LED at the bottom side of the solar light emitting module to emit light in the hollow column, or assemble the first light emitting module to let the first light emitting module emit light in the hollow column after the solar light emitting module receives electric power.

Claims (16)

1 . A garden light, comprising a hollow column, a solar light emitting module, and a first light emitting module, wherein:

the hollow column has a bottom end and a top end, the top end is provided for mounting the solar light emitting module, and a translucent interior is defined between the top end and the bottom end;

the solar light emitting module comprises a casing having a top side and a bottom side, the top side is provided with a solar panel, a battery and a circuit board are accommodated between the top side and the bottom side and electrically coupled to the solar panel, and the bottom side is provided with at least one light emitting diode (LED) electrically coupled to the circuit board, so that after the at least one LED emits light downward, the light shines from an inside out through the translucent interior, characterized in that:

the bottom side of the casing is further provided with a first assembly part, a circuit breaker electrically coupled to the circuit board, and a plurality of conductive parts electrically coupled to the circuit board;

the first light emitting module has a top side, and a light emitting part extends downward from the top side of the first light emitting module;

wherein, the top side of the first light emitting module is provided with a second assembly part configured to be opposite to the first assembly part of the casing, the second assembly part is detachably assembled with the first assembly part, and the top side of the first light emitting module is provided with a plurality of conductive terminals configured to be opposite to the plurality of conductive parts of the casing respectively; and

after the second assembly part of the first light emitting module is assembled with the first assembly part of the casing, the top side of the first light emitting module abuts against the circuit breaker to turn off the at least one LED, and the plurality of conductive terminals of the first light emitting module is in upward contact with the plurality of conductive parts of the casing respectively to allow the first light emitting module to receive electric power from the battery of the solar light emitting module, so as to enable the light emitting part of the first light emitting module to emit light in the translucent interior of the hollow column.

2 . The garden light according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of conductive parts of the solar light emitting module comprises:

a first electrode, located at a middle of the bottom side of the casing, and a ring-shaped second electrode located around the first electrode, and the first assembly part is arranged at the periphery of the second electrode;

the plurality of conductive terminals of the first light emitting module comprises a first conductive terminal configured to be opposite to the first electrode, and at least one second conductive terminal configured to be opposite to the second electrode.

3 . The garden light according to claim 2 , wherein the first conductive terminal and the at least one second conductive terminal have an upward elasticity.

4 . The garden light according to claim 2 , wherein the first assembly part of the solar light emitting module comprises a plurality of buckle slots circularly arranged with the first electrode as the center and dividing the entire 360 degrees into equal parts, the second assembly part of the first light emitting module comprises a plurality of upwardly convex buckles; when the first light emitting module is assembled with the solar light emitting module, the plurality of upwardly convex buckles is first embedded into a corresponding plurality of buckle slots respectively, so that after the first light emitting module is deflected relative to the solar light emitting module, each upwardly convex buckle of the plurality of upwardly convex buckles is buckled and positioned with a corresponding buckle slot of the plurality of buckle slots.

5 . The garden light according to claim 4 , wherein the first assembly part of the solar light emitting module further comprises a ring wall located around the plurality of buckle slots, and formed by extending downward from the bottom side of the casing; the second assembly part further comprises a seat embeddable into the ring wall, the top side of the first light emitting module is located above the seat and provided for mounting the plurality of upwardly convex buckles and the plurality of conductive terminals.

6 . The garden light according to claim 5 , wherein the light emitting part of the first light emitting module comprises a light guide column assembled below the seat, the light guide column is provided with a long-strip LED light board therein, and the LED light board is electrically coupled to the plurality of conductive terminals.

7 . The garden light according to claim 1 , wherein the casing of the solar light emitting module is further provided with a switch arranged thereon and electrically coupled to the circuit board, and the switch is provided for controlling the at least one LED to emit light in a steady-on, blinking, or color-changing manner.

8 . The garden light according to claim 1 , wherein the bottom end of the hollow column is provided with a base, and a ground plug detachably arranged under the base.
