Electronic device
The present disclosure provides an electronic device including a first substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a first integrated circuit chip, a plurality of sub-sensor units, and a second integrated circuit chip. The first substrate has a surface, and the surface has a normal direction. The sub-pixels are disposed on the first substrate. The first integrated circuit chip is disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the sub-pixels. The sub-sensor units are disposed on the first substrate. The second integrated circuit chip is disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the sub-sensor units. A gap is included between two adjacent ones of the sub-pixels, and at least a portion of one of the sub-sensor units is overlapped with the gap along the normal direction.
1 . An electronic device, comprising:
a first substrate having a surface, wherein the surface has a normal direction;
a plurality of sub-pixels disposed on the first substrate;
a first integrated circuit chip disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of sub-pixels;
a plurality of sub-sensor units disposed on the first substrate;
a second integrated circuit chip disposed on the first substrate and electrically connected to the plurality of sub-sensor units; and
a second substrate overlapped with the first substrate,
wherein a gap is included between two adjacent ones of the plurality of sub-pixels, and at least a portion of one of the plurality of sub-sensor units is overlapped with the gap along the normal direction,
wherein the plurality of sub-sensor units and the plurality of sub-pixels are corresponding to two opposite sides of the first substrate,
wherein in a top view of the electronic device, the one of the plurality of sub-sensor units is disposed between the two adjacent ones of the plurality of sub-pixels, and the at least a portion of the one of the plurality of sub-sensor units is not overlapped with either one of the two adjacent ones of the plurality of sub-pixels.
2 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a non-transparent element disposed between the two adjacent ones of the plurality of sub-pixels.
3 . The electronic device according to claim 2 , wherein the non-transparent element comprises at least one of a display scan line, a data line, and a thin film transistor.
4 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a spectral modulation structure disposed on the plurality of sub-pixels, wherein the spectral modulation structure comprises a color filter.
5 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a spectral modulation structure disposed on the plurality of sub-pixels, wherein the spectral modulation structure comprises a black matrix.
6 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , further comprising a cover disposed on the plurality of sub-pixels and the plurality of sub-sensor units.
7 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein the plurality of sub-sensor units comprises an optical sensor.
8 . The electronic device according to claim 1 , wherein in the top view of the electronic device, an area of each of the plurality of sub-pixels is substantially greater than an area of each of the plurality of the sub-sensor units.
