Abstract

In one particular example, a computer-implemented method includes: receiving a user request to access a meeting record for a meeting involving multiple participants, processing data linked to a meeting record that includes data corresponding to categories such as recorded video data, recorded audio data, and one or more meeting events including an event indicative of a presence status for one of the participants being changed; executing a computer algorithm to identify meeting-specific aspects, to correlate the meeting-specific aspects with certain of the categories, and to supplement the set of meeting data with information correlated based on performance of the algorithm. A selecting tool is provided as part of a user interface to enable a user to playback or reproduce a portion of the meeting record corresponding to at least one of the categories.

Claims (25)

1 . A computer-implemented method, comprising:

receiving from a user a request to access a meeting record for a meeting, involving multiple participants, wherein a presence status of at least one of the multiple participants has changed;

accessing the meeting record that includes data in response to the request, the meeting record comprising recorded video data and recorded audio data, and being indicative of the presence status being changed;

executing, via a computer-based circuit, an algorithm to identify a plurality of meeting-specific aspects; and

providing a selecting tool as part of a user interface to enable a user to playback or reproduce a portion of the meeting record;

wherein the meeting record includes data corresponding to a timeline sequence of meeting events and participant actions in the meeting, including a callout or other timeline point to indicate who was speaking leading up to one or more of the meeting events corresponding to one or more of the participants joining the meeting or leaving the meeting.

2 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting tool is to enable the user to playback or reproduce the portion of the meeting record corresponding to the recorded video data and the one or more of the meeting events.

3 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting tool is to enable the user to playback or reproduce the portion of the meeting record corresponding to the recorded audio data and the one or more of the meeting events.

4 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting tool is to enable the user to playback, reproduce or identify the one or more of the meeting events corresponding to the presence status of at least one of the multiple participants being changed.

5 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of meeting-specific aspects are from among: one or more meeting topics; one or more themes; and one or more identities of individual participants in the meeting.

6 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of meeting-specific aspects are from different portions of the meeting.

7 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of meeting-specific aspects correspond to different portions of the meeting, and the plurality of meeting-specific aspects are from among: one or more meeting topics; one or more themes; and one or more identities of individual participants in the meeting.

8 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising identifying one of the meeting events that is linked to the presence status of the at least one of the multiple participants being changed.

9 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising using a recognition engine to to identify one or more of the participants in the meeting.

10 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising using a recognition engine to apply a digital pattern recognition technique to recognize one or more of the participants in the meeting based on voice and/or image.

11 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the act of executing, via the computer-based circuit, the algorithm comprises using at least one of: artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural network training.

12 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the act of executing, via the computer-based circuit, the algorithm is performed after receipt of one or more permissions for use of the algorithm, from at least one of the participants.

13 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , further comprising using a recognition engine to recognize one or more of the participants in the meeting, and to determine a name and contact information of the recognized one or more of the participants.

14 . The computer-implemented method of claim 1 , wherein the selecting tool is a part of a user interface.

15 . The computer-implemented method of claim 14 , wherein the user interface comprises a graphic indicating the timeline sequence of the meeting events.

16 . The computer-implemented method of claim 15 , wherein the graphic indicating the timeline sequence of the meeting events is generated based on the data of the meeting record.

17 . The computer-implemented method of claim 14 , wherein the user interface comprises a graphic representing the callout or the other timeline point indicating who was speaking.

18 . The computer-implemented method of claim 17 , wherein the graphic representing the callout or the other timeline point indicating who was speaking is generated based on the meeting record.

19 . The computer-implemented method of claim 14 , wherein the user interface comprises a graphic indicating a voice timeline as the timeline sequence of the meeting events.

20 . The computer-implemented method of claim 14 , wherein the user interface comprises a graphic indicating a voice timeline as the timeline sequence of the meeting events.
