Abstract

The present invention provides a compound, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, of formula (I): wherein R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , R 4 , R 5 , R 26 , R 27 , y, R, M, W, L, V, T, Y, J, K and A are as described herein, therapeutic uses of said compounds, uses of said compounds as research chemicals, a pharmaceutical composition and combinations comprising said compounds, and methods for manufacturing the compounds of the invention.

Claims (28)

1 . A compound, or a salt thereof, of formula A or formula B:

R 1 is selected from:

R 2 is selected from:

R 3 is (C 1 -C 2 )alkyl unsubstituted or substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents independently selected from halo and OH,

R 26 is CH 3 or H,

R 27 is H,

R 5 is CH 3 , or alternatively, two R 5 groups on adjacent carbon atoms join, along with the carbon atoms to which they are attached, to form a fused cyclobutyl ring,

y is 0, 1, or 2,

Y is N or CH, and

PG 1 is a protecting group.

15 . The compound of claim 1 , or a salt thereof, wherein Y is N.

16 . The compound of claim 1 , or a salt thereof, wherein PG 1 is BOC, para-methoxybenzyl, or benzyl.
