Linked display system and head-mounted display
In a linked display system in which wireless communication connection between a first information device and a second information device has been established, when the first information device transmits text data to the second information device in a state of displaying content containing the text data and image data, the second information device displays the text data while the first information device stops displaying the text data and enlarges and displays the image data.
1 . A head mount display comprising:
a display;
a communication interface configured to communicate with an information device; and
a processing circuit,
wherein the processing circuit is configured to:
receive content data from the information device via the communication interface,
determine whether the content data is process data in which text data and image data are associated in one-to-one relation for each of a plurality of processes,
in response to determining that the content data is the process data, extract data corresponding to one of the plurality of processes from the text data included in the content data, and control the display to display the extracted text data within a predetermined area of a virtual screen, and
in response to determining that the content data is not the process data, using the image data included in the content data as a break indicator of the content data, extract partial data from the text data included in the content data to the break indicator as one block, and control the display to display the extracted partial text data within the predetermined area of the virtual screen.
2 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , wherein
the predetermined area of the virtual screen is an area placed outside a center area of a visual field of a wearer of the head mount display.
3 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a camera for capturing an image of a front view including a visual field of a wearer of the head mount display to generate a front image, wherein
in response to determining that a state of a subject in the front image generated by the camera is included in a next process of the one of the plurality of processes when displaying the extracted text data within the predetermined area after determining that the content data is the process data, the processing circuit extracts another text data corresponding to the next process from the text data included in the content data, and displays the extracted another text data within the predetermined area.
4 . The head mount display according to claim 3 , wherein
the process data is data corresponding to procedures of cooking, sewing, gardening or training.
5 . The head mount display according to claim 3 , wherein
the predetermined area of the virtual screen is an area placed outside a center area of a visual field of the wearer.
6 . The head mount display according to claim 3 , wherein
in response to displaying the extracted another text data, the processing circuit is configured to transmit a notification to the information device via the communication interface.
7 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a line-of-sight detection sensor configured to detect a line-of-sight of a wearer of the head mount display,
wherein the processing circuit is configured to:
in response to determining that the content data is the process data, display a selection object with the extracted text data,
in response to determining that the line-of-sight of the wearer detected by the line-of-sight detection sensor has stayed for a predetermined time on the selection object, extracts another text data corresponding to a next process of the one of the plurality of processes from the text data included in the content data, and displays the extracted another text data within the predetermined area.
8 . The head mount display according to claim 7 , wherein
the predetermined area of the virtual screen is an area placed outside a center area of a visual field of the wearer.
9 . The head mount display according to claim 7 , wherein
the selection object has an arrow shape.
10 . The head mount display according to claim 7 , wherein
in response to displaying the extracted another text data, the processing circuit is configured to transmit a notification to the information device via the communication interface.
11 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , wherein
in response to determining that the number of characters in the extracted partial text data does not fit within the predetermined area of the virtual screen, the processing circuit is configured to control the display to display a virtual object for displaying a part of the extracted partial text data which has not been displayed.
12 . The head mount display according to claim 11 , wherein
the virtual object is an object for scrolling the extracted partial text data.
13 . The head mount display according to claim 12 , wherein
in response to that the virtual object has selected, the processing circuit is configured to scroll the extracted partial text data and transmit a notification to the information device via the communication interface.
14 . The head mount display according to claim 12 , wherein
the virtual object has an arrow shape.
15 . The head mount display according to claim 11 , further comprising:
a line-of-sight detection sensor configured to detect a line-of-sight of a wearer of the head mount display, wherein
in response to determining that the line-of-sight of the wearer detected by the line-of-sight detection sensor has stayed for a predetermined time on a virtual reality object, the processing circuit is configured to display the part of the extracted partial text data which has not been displayed.
16 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , wherein
in response to analyzing that the text data and the image data included in the content data are placed per paragraph, the processing circuit is configured to determine that the content data is the process data.
17 . The head mount display according to claim 1 , wherein
in response to analyzing that a number or an alphabet indicating an order is provided at a top of the text data included in the content data, the processing circuit is configured to determine that the content data is the process data.
