Modelled service object in multi-source VR environment
A system for deploying a modeled service object in a virtual environment includes a computing system having a processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions, and a memory device and/or non-transitory storage device maintaining account records for registered users each having at least one user device. A network connection operatively connects the computing system to the user devices. Upon execution of computer-readable instructions, the computing system performs steps including, for each specific user of the multiple registered users upon initiation of interaction by the specific user: causing display, by a user device of the specific user, of a service object in a three dimensional virtual environment; and upon an access request by the specific user, via said user device of the specific user, sending at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user to said user device.
1 . A system for deploying a modeled service object in a virtual environment, the system comprising:
a computing system including at least one processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions, and at least one of a memory device and a non-transitory storage device maintaining at least one account record for each of multiple registered users each having at least one user device; and
a network connection for operatively connecting the computing system to the user devices of the multiple registered users;
wherein, upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system is configured to, for each specific user of the multiple registered users upon initiation of interaction by the specific user:
cause display, by a specific user device of the specific user, of a three dimensional virtual environment;
cause display, in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device, a virtual screen;
cause display, on the virtual screen in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device, a graphical map showing respective locations of multiple service objects in the three dimensional virtual environment, each service object of the multiple service objects respectively comprising at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter;
upon navigation of an avatar controlled via the specific user device to a particular location of a particular service object shown on the graphical map, cause display, by the specific user device, of the particular service object in the three dimensional virtual environment as at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter;
upon an access request by the specific user, via the specific user device of the specific user, send at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user to said user device;
cause display, by the specific user device, of a simulated agent in the three dimensional virtual environment; and
control the simulated agent to engage the avatar in a conversation comprising at least one of audible content and visible content.
2 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein:
maintaining at least one account record for each of multiple registered users comprises maintaining each said account record in association with at least one quantized resource of each of multiple registered users, and
the at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user regards at least one of:
incrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
decrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
transferring at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
exchanging at least one quantized resource of the specific user; and
reporting at least one quantized resource of the specific user.
3 . The system according to claim 2 , wherein before sending the at least one datum, the computing system performs at least one step comprising authenticating the specific user.
4 . The system according to claim 3 , wherein authenticating the specific user comprises authenticating at least one of a password and biometric data.
5 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein-the avatar is defined by a user customized graphical indicium in the three dimensional virtual environment.
6 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein, upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system performs steps comprising:
receiving a request from the specific user regarding at least one service of multiple services made available at least in part by a first entity; and
disseminating to the specific user via the particular user device at least a first information item associated with the at least one service.
7 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein:
a first entity maintains account records each associated with a respective one of multiple users, the multiple users including the specific user; and
the account records associated with the specific user are inaccessible to the specific user without user authentication.
8 . A system for deploying a modeled service object in a virtual environment, the system comprising:
a computing system including at least one processor configured to execute computer-readable instructions, and at least one of a memory device and a non-transitory storage device maintaining account records regarding quantized resources for respective multiple registered users; and
a network connection for operatively connecting the computing system to user devices;
wherein, upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system is configured to, upon initiation of interaction by a specific user via a specific user device:
cause display, by the specific user device, of a three dimensional virtual environment;
cause display, in the three dimensional virtual environment displaved by the specific user device, a virtual screen;
cause display, on the virtual screen in the three dimensional virtual environment displaved by the specific user device, a graphical map showing respective locations of multiple service objects in the three dimensional virtual environment, each service object of the multiple service objects respectively comprising at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter;
upon navigation of an avatar controlled via the specific user device to a particular location of a particular service object shown on the graphical map, cause display, by the specific user device, of the particular service object in the three dimensional virtual environment as at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter;
upon an access request by the specific user, via the specific user device, authenticate the specific user as one of said multiple registered users;
send at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user to the specific user device;
cause display, by the specific user device, of a simulated agent in the three dimensional virtual environment; and
control the simulated agent to engage the avatar in a conversation comprising at least one of audible content and visible content.
9 . The system according to claim 8 , wherein the at least one datum regards at least one of:
incrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
decrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
transferring at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
exchanging at least one quantized resource of the specific user; and
reporting at least one quantized resource of the specific user.
10 . The system according to claim 9 , wherein authenticating the specific user comprises authenticating at least one of a password and biometric data.
11 . The system according to claim 8 , wherein the-avatar is defined by a user customized graphical indicium in the three dimensional virtual environment.

A method for a computing system to deploy a modeled service object in a virtual environment, the computing system including at least one processor, at least one of a memory device and a non-transitory storage device maintaining at least one account record for each of multiple registered users each having at least one user device, and a network connection for operatively connecting the computing system to the user devices of the multiple registered users, wherein, upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, the computing system performs steps comprising, for each specific user of the multiple registered users upon initiation of interaction by the specific user:
causing display, by a specific user device of the specific user, of a three dimensional virtual environment;
causing display, in the three dimensional virtual environment displaved by the specific user device, a virtual screen;
causing display, on the virtual screen in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device, a graphical map showing respective locations of multiple service objects in the three dimensional virtual environment, each service object of the multiple service objects respectively comprising at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter;
upon navigation of an avatar controlled via the specific user device to a particular location of a particular service object of the multiple service objects, causing display, by the specific user device of the specific user, of the particular service object in the three dimensional virtual environment as at least one of a virtual automatic teller machine (ATM), a virtual branch office, a virtual kiosk, and a virtual service counter; and
upon an access request by the specific user, via the specific user device of the specific user, sending at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user to the specific user device;
cause display, by the specific user device, of a simulated agent in the three dimensional virtual environment; and
control the simulated agent to engage the avatar in a conversation comprising at least one of audible content and visible content.
13 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein:
maintaining at least one account record for each of multiple registered users comprises maintaining each said account record in association with at least one quantized resource of each of multiple registered users, and
the at least one datum regarding at least one account record for the specific user regards at least one of:
incrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
decrementing at least one quantized resource of the specific user;
exchanging at least one quantized resource of the specific user, and reporting at least one quantized resource of the specific user.
14 . The method according to claim 13 , wherein before sending the at least one datum, the computing system performs at least one step comprising authenticating the user.
15 . The method according to claim 14 , wherein authenticating the user comprises authenticating at least one of a password and biometric data.
16 . The method according to claim 13 , wherein the avatar is defined by a user customized graphical indicium in the three dimensional virtual environment.
17 . The method according to claim 12 , wherein causing display, in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device, a virtual screen comprises causing display of a virtual kiosk and causing display of the virtual screen as a virtual screen of the virtual kiosk.
18 . The system according to claim 1 , wherein the virtual screen displayed in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device is displayed as a virtual screen of a virtual kiosk displayed in the three dimensional virtual environment.
19 . The system according to claim 8 , wherein the virtual screen displayed in the three dimensional virtual environment displayed by the specific user device is displayed as a virtual screen of a virtual kiosk displayed in the three dimensional virtual environment.
