Abstract

An example operation includes one or more of monitoring, by a transport exterior a location, an exchange performed in an interior of the location by a recent occupant of the transport, and completing, by the transport, the exchange.

Claims (28)

1 . A method, comprising:

detecting, by transport using wireless communication located at an exterior of a location, an occupant with a mobile device leave the transport and enter an interior of the location;

detecting, by the transport using the wireless communication, a position of the occupant's device within a predetermined distance of a point-of-sale (POS) system located within the interior of the location;

determining, by the transport using sensors, based on the position of the occupant's device within the predetermined distance with the POS system, that an exchange is to be performed between the occupant and the POS system located within the interior of the location; and

responsive to determining that an exchange is to be performed and the distance being within the predetermined distance, transmitting a message from the transport to the POS system to complete the exchange between the mobile device and the POS system.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the message causes at least two portions of the exchange to complete, wherein the at least two portions are settled by occupants of the transport.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the exchange is completed based on a digital wallet associated with the transport.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the determining comprises determining the exchange is imminent.

5 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising altering an interior of the transport based on a type of the exchange and in anticipation of the occupant entering the transport.

6 . A transport system, comprising:

a processor;

a memory on which are stored machine-readable instructions that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:

detect, using wireless communication while the transport located at an exterior of a location, an occupant with a mobile device leave the transport and enter an interior of the location;

detect, using the wireless communication, a position of the occupant's device within a predetermined distance of a point-of-sale (POS) system located within the interior of the location;

determine, using sensors, based on the position of the occupant's device within the predetermined distance with the POS system, that an exchange is to be performed between the occupant and the POS system located within the interior of the location; and

responsive to determining that an exchange is to be performed and the distance being within the predetermined distance, transmit a message to the POS system to complete the exchange between the mobile device and the POS system.

7 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the message causes at least two portions of the exchange to complete, wherein the at least two portions are settled by occupants of the transport.

8 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the exchange is completed based on a digital wallet associated with the transport.

9 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the processor of the transport is configured to determine that the exchange is imminent.

10 . The system of claim 6 , wherein the processor is further configured to alter an interior of the transport based on a type of the exchange and in anticipation of an occupant entering the transport.

11 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions, that when read by a processor of a transport, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:

detecting, when the transport is located at an exterior of a location, an occupant with a mobile device leave the transport and enter an interior of the location;

detect, using the wireless communication, a position of the occupant's device within a predetermined distance of a point-of-sale (POS) system located within the interior of the location;

determine, using sensors, based on the position of the occupant's device within the predetermined distance with the POS system, that an exchange is to be performed between the occupant and the POS system located within the interior of the location; and

responsive to determining that an exchange is to be performed and the distance being within the predetermined distance, transmit a message to the POS system to complete the exchange between the mobile device and the POS system.

12 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the transmitting causes at least two portions of the exchange to complete, wherein the at least two portions are settled by occupants of the transport.

13 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the exchange is completed based on a digital wallet associated with the transport.

14 . The system of claim 11 , wherein the operations further comprise altering an interior of the transport based on a type of the exchange and in anticipation of an occupant entering the transport.
