Abstract

A computing system can obtain health record data of a user from a number of health record sources, and determine a health profile of the user based on the health record data. The system can then generate content for the user based on the health profile, wherein the content includes content items from published journals and articles.

Claims (59)

1 . A computing system comprising:

a network communication interface;

one or more processors; and

at least one memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the computing system to:

receive, from a user, respective credential information for a group of health record computing systems that store health record data in a digital format;

receive, from the user, input authorizing access to health record data stored in the group of health record computing systems;

obtain health record data of the user from the group of health record computing systems in response to receiving the input authorizing the access to the health record data, at least one first health record computing system of the group of health record computing systems providing a first portion of the health record data in accordance with a first coding scheme and at least one second health record computing system of the group of health record computing systems providing a second portion of the health record data in accordance with a second coding scheme,

wherein the first portion of the health record data and the second portion of the health record data are in a non-standardized format based on the first coding scheme being different from the second coding scheme;

generate standardized health record data by converting the health record data, including the first portion of the health record data and the second portion of the health record data, into a standardized format, the standardized format being a natural language format;

provide, via an individualized user interface, the standardized health record data, the individualized user interface being accessible from a mobile application interface or a web browser interface;

determine a health profile of the user based on the standardized health record data; and

provide, to the user via the individualized user interface, one or more digital publications from a collection of digital publications based on the health profile, the collection of digital publications including one or more published journals or articles.

2 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein:

determining the health profile of the user includes determining one or more predictions regarding a health outcome of the user based on the health record data, and

the one or more digital publications are based at least in part on the predicted health outcomes, current health conditions, predicted medications of the user, and current medications of the user.

3 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein:

the health profile of the user includes one or more conditions that are inferred from the health record data, and

the one or more digital publications are based at least in part on the inferred conditions of the user, current conditions of the user, predicted medications of the user, and current medications of the user.

4 . The computing system of claim 3 , wherein the health record data includes genetic information about the user.

5 . The computing system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more digital publications are aggregated into an individualized newsletter for the user.

6 . The computer system of claim 1 , wherein the collection of digital publications include summaries of medical and/or scientific journals.

7 . The computing system of claim 1 , further comprising determining a financial plan for the user based on the health profile of the user.

8 . The computing system of claim 1 , further comprising identifying one or more social support plans for the user based on the health profile of the user.

9 . A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a computing system, cause the computing system to:

receive, from a user, respective credential information for a group of health record computing systems that store health record data in a digital format;

receive, from the user, input authorizing access to health record data stored in the group of health record computing systems;

obtain health record data of the user from the group of health record computing systems in response to receiving the input authorizing the access to the health record data, at least one first health record computing system of the group of health record computing systems providing a first portion of the health record data in accordance with a first coding scheme and at least one second health record computing system of the group of health record computing systems providing a second portion of the health record data in accordance with a second coding scheme,

wherein the first portion of the health record data and the second portion of the health record data are in a non-standardized format based on the first coding scheme being different from the second coding scheme;

generate standardized health record data by converting the health record data, including the first portion of the health record data and the second portion of the health record data, to a standardized format, the standardized format being a natural language format;

provide, via an individualized user interface, the standardized health record data, the individualized user interface being accessible from a mobile application interface or a web browser interface;

determine a health profile of the user based on the standardized health record data; and

provide, to the user via the individualized user interface, one or more digital publications from a collection of digital publications based on the health profile, the collection of digital publications including one or more published journals or articles.

10 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein:

execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to determine one or more predictions regarding a health outcome of the user based on the health record data, and

the one or more digital publications are based at least in part on the predicted health outcomes, current health conditions, predicted medications of the user, and current medications of the user.

11 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein:

the health profile of the user includes one or more conditions that are inferred from the health record data, and

the one or more digital publications are based at least in part on the predicted health outcomes, current health conditions, predicted medications of the user, and current medications of the user.

12 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 11 , wherein the health record data includes genetic information about the user.

13 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the one or more digital publications are aggregated into an individualized newsletter for the user.

14 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein the collection of digital publications include summaries of medical and/or scientific journals.

15 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to determine a financial plan for the user based on the health profile of the user.

16 . The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 9 , wherein execution of the instructions further cause the computing system to identify one or more social support plans for the user based on the health profile of the user.

17 . A computer-implemented method, comprising:

receiving, from a user, respective credential information for a group of health record computing systems that store health record data in a digital format;

receiving, from the user, input authorizing access to health record data stored in the group of health record computing systems;
