Abstract

Provided are systems and methods for segmenting and grouping a plurality of network nodes into one or more clusters. Content may be delivered from a transmitting user node to a receiving user node based on which cluster the receiving user node resides. The grouping of the clusters may be dynamically updated in real-time based on user activity data. Such user activity data may be collected from both a transmitting user node (e.g., server) and a receiving user node (e.g., user device) to map the delivery of a relevant communication. Advantageously, a transmitting user may deliver content to other relevant users and a receiving user may receive content from other relevant users.

Claims (45)

1 . A method for delivering content to a plurality of receiving nodes in a computer network, comprising:

(a) receiving communication content and a project goal via a user interface provided on a transmitting node associated with a transmitting user;

(b) determining, by one or more processors, a set of one or more campaign parameters for a communication content delivery campaign, wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters is related to a rule or the communication content and wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters is automatically determined based at least in part on the project goal;

(c) segmenting, by the one or more processors, a plurality of receiving nodes of the computer network into a plurality of clusters, wherein each cluster comprises a subset of the plurality of receiving nodes and is formed based at least in part on a first set of user activity data associated with the plurality of receiving nodes;

(d) mapping, by the one or more processors, the communication content to one or more of the clusters based at least in part on the set of one or more campaign parameters and delivering the communication content to the mapped one or more clusters;

(e) displaying, the set of one or more campaign parameters on the user interface as one or more adjustable parameters at least by tracking a second set of user activity data associated with one or more of the receiving nodes in the mapped one or more clusters, wherein the second set of user activity data comprises user activity data associated with user interactions involving the delivered communication content.

2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising tracking campaign performance metrics based at least in part on the second set of user activity data.

3 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the project goal comprises one or more of:

(i) acquiring a predetermined number of new user relationships;

(ii) reactivating a predetermined number of lapsed user relationships;

(iii) increasing user engagement by initiating or enhancing delivery of the communication content to targeted users; and

(iv) achieving one or more of: adherence to budgetary constraints, fulfillment of time-based objectives, or an increase in market share.

4 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising

receiving one or more adjusted campaign parameters via the user interface and segmenting, by the one or more processors, the plurality of clusters into a plurality of updated clusters based at least in part on the adjusted one or more campaign parameters.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters comprises one or more of:

(i) one or more rule-based parameters, comprising one or more of: geographic regions of eligibility, age restrictions, and campaign eligibility criteria; and

(ii) one or more content-related parameters, comprising one or more of: a communication content description, content activation parameters, content volume, and a content expiration date.

6 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the user interface further displays the one or more campaign performance metrics for the communication content delivery campaign.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein determining the set of one or more campaign parameters is further based on one or more attributes of the communication content.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the first set of user activity data, the second set of user activity data, or a combination thereof comprises one or more of: a user identifier, user contact information, a geographic distance between the receiving node and the transmitting user, user relationship duration with the transmitting user, and frequency of user interaction with the transmitting user.

9 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising dynamically adjusting the set of one or more campaign parameters continuously or within a predefined time interval upon receipt of the second set of user activity data.

10 . The method of claim 9 , wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters is adjusted dynamically until one or more campaign performance metrics are improved or the project goal is met.

11 . A computer system for delivering content to a plurality of receiving nodes in a computer network, the system comprising:

one or more network adapters configured to receive, over the computer network, communication content and a project goal via a user interface provided on a transmitting node associated with a transmitting user;

one or more processors, individually or collectively, configured to

(i) determine a set of one or more campaign parameters for a communication content delivery campaign, wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters is related to a rule or the communication content and wherein the set of one or more campaign parameters is automatically determined based at least in part on the project goal;

(ii) segment a plurality of receiving nodes of the computer network into a plurality of clusters, wherein each cluster comprises a subset of the plurality of receiving nodes and is formed based at least in part on a first set of user activity data associated with the plurality of receiving nodes;

(iii) map the communication content to one or more of the clusters based at least in part on the set of one or more campaign parameters and deliver the communication content to the mapped one or more clusters; and

(iv) display the set of one or more campaign parameters on the user interface as one or more adjustable parameters at least by tracking a second set of user activity data associated with one or more of the receiving nodes in the mapped one or more clusters, wherein the second set of user activity data comprises user activity data associated with user interactions involving the delivered communication content.

12 . The computer system of claim 11 , wherein the one or more processors are individually or collectively configured to track campaign performance metrics based at least in part on the second set of user activity data.
