Abstract

A transmission node includes: a reception unit configured to execute an LBT (Listen before talk) in a time interval immediately before transmitting a signal; a transmission unit configured to transmit a signal in a case where reception power is less than a threshold value in the time interval; and a control unit configured to, in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, change control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted for a first time and change control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted other than for the first time.

Claims (14)

1 . A transmission node comprising:

a receiver configured to execute an LBT (Listen before talk) in a time interval immediately before transmitting a signal;

a transmitter configured to transmit a signal in a case where reception power is less than a threshold value in the time interval; and

a processor configured to, in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, change control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted for a first time and change control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted other than for the first time,

wherein the transmitter is configured to, when the LBT fails and a subsequent LBT is successful, transmit a transmission signal different from a transmission signal associated with the failed LBT.

2 . The transmission node as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, and reception power is less than the threshold value in a time interval immediately before transmitting a signal among the multiple signals, the processor executes control so as to transmit the multiple signals without executing the LBT for a certain period of time.

3 . The transmission node as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, and a gap between a signal that has been transmitted and a signal to be transmitted next among the multiple signals is less than a threshold value, the processor controls the signal to be transmitted next so as to be transmitted without executing the LBT.

4 . The transmission node as claimed in claim 1 , wherein in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, and a gap between a signal that has been transmitted and a signal to be transmitted next among the multiple signals is less than a threshold value, the transmitter transmits the signal to be transmitted next without transmitting a preamble.

5 . The transmission node as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the receiver repeatedly executes the LBT at predetermined timings in a case where reception power exceeds a threshold value in the time interval.

6 . A communication method executed by a transmission node, the method comprising:

a reception of executing an LBT (Listen before talk) in a time interval immediately before transmitting a signal;

transmitting a signal in a case where reception power is less than a threshold value in the time interval; and

in a case where multiple signals are to be transmitted, changing control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted for a first time and changing control related to the LBT for a signal to be transmitted other than for the first time,

wherein the transmission node is configured to, when the LBT fails and a subsequent LBT is successful, transmit a transmission signal different from a transmission signal associated with the failed LBT.
