Intraoral imaging apparatus, medical apparatus, and program
An intraoral imaging apparatus, a medical apparatus, and a program capable of providing auxiliary data for determination regarding diseases having differences in intraoral findings are provided. The intraoral imaging apparatus includes: an imaging device that acquires an intraoral image; a light source that emits light to a subject of the imaging device; a storage apparatus that stores an algorithm for performing determination of a specific disease; and an arithmetic apparatus, in which the arithmetic apparatus executes: a determination process of determining a possibility of the predetermined disease based on the image and the algorithm; and an output process of outputting a result of the determination process.
1 . An intraoral imaging aid comprising:
a main body that is tubular-shaped, the main body being configured to be inserted into an oral cavity of a patient, the main body extending along a first direction;
a first end part at one end of the main body, the first end part having an opening through which an imaging device is detachably inserted into an inside of the main body;
a second end part at an opposite end of the main body along the first direction, the second end part having a window, the window providing a visual field from the inside to an outside of the main body for the imaging device; and
an inner circumferential surface of the main body, the inner circumferential surface extending along the first direction, the imaging device being configured to move axially relative to the inner circumferential surface,
wherein the imaging device has an engagement part at an outer circumferential surface thereof,
the inner circumferential surface of the main body has a guide, and,
the guide extends from the first end part of the main body to restrict rotation of the imaging device around an axial direction of the main body in the inside of the main body by engagement between the engagement part of the imaging device and the guide of the main body,
the second end part of the main body is located only within the oral cavity while the imaging device is configured to take an image of the oral cavity or a pharynx of the patient, and the image is configured to be used to determine contraction of an infection disease of the patient relating to the oral cavity or the pharynx, and
the second end part of the main body is configured to push a tongue of the patient downward to secure the visual field of the oral cavity or the pharynx of the patient while the main body is inserted into the oral cavity of the patient.
2 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a flange disposed at the first end part of the main body.
3 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a transparent member covering the window at the second end part of the main body.
4 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a regulator configured to prevent the imaging device in the inside of the main body from passing through the second end part.
5 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 4 ,
wherein the regulator is an inner flange, and the inner flange is disposed at the second end part, and
the inner flange inwardly projects from the inner circumferential surface of the main body along a radial direction of the main body.
6 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 4 , further comprising:
another regulator provided at an intermediate position of the inner circumferential surface of the main body, the another regulator being configured to contact the engagement part of the imaging device to prevent the imaging device in the inside of the main body from passing through the second end part,
wherein the another regulator is a step formed at an distal end of the guide.
7 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
a scale disposed at least at one of an outer circumferential surface of the main body or the inner circumferential surface of the main body along the first direction.
8 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 ,
wherein the guide guides the imaging device to move axially relative to the inner circumferential surface of the main body in the first direction.
9 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 8 ,
wherein the guide has a first cross section along a radial direction of the main body,
an outer configuration of the engagement part of the imaging device has a second cross section along the radial direction, and
the first cross section corresponds to the second cross section so that the imaging device is configured to move in the inside of the main body along the first direction and to be regulated to rotate around the axial direction of the main body in the inside of the main body.
10 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 9 ,
wherein the guide is either a groove or a recess formed in the inner circumferential surface of the main body, and
the engagement part is a projection to engage with the groove or the recess.
11 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
an indication mark configured to facilitate positioning the main body with respect to the oral cavity of the patient.
12 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 11 , further comprising:
a flange disposed at the first end part of the main body,
wherein the indication mark is disposed at the flange.
13 . The intraoral imaging aid according to claim 1 , further comprising:
at least one through hole in the main body, the at least one through hole penetrating the main body between the inner circumferential surface of the main body and an outer circumferential surface of the main body.
