Abstract

The present application relates to an asymmetry composite material and a method for preparing the same, which provides a composite material comprising a metal porous body (metal foam or the like) and a polymer component, and provides a method for preparing a composite material, wherein the polymer component is formed in an asymmetrical structure on both sides of the metal porous body (metal foam or the like), and a composite material prepared in such a manner.

Claims (10)

1 . A method for preparing an asymmetry composite material, the method comprising:

providing a metal porous body that comprises one side and an other side opposite to the one side, wherein a resin layer is present on the one side, wherein the resin layer is a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer;

applying a first polymer layer to the other side of the metal porous body, wherein the other side of the metal porous body means a surface of the metal porous body on which the resin layer is not present;

curing or crosslinking the first polymer layer after applying the first polymer layer;

removing the resin layer after the curing or crosslinking the first polymer layer;

washing resin layer residues after removing the resin layer; and

after removing the resin layer, applying a second polymer layer to the one side of the metal porous body from which the resin layer has been removed,

wherein a component of the second polymer layer does not exist on the surface in which the first polymer layer exists, and a component of the first polymer layer does not exist on the one side in which the second polymer layer exists.

2 . The method for preparing the asymmetry composite material according to claim 1 , wherein applying the first polymer layer comprises applying a first polymer layer solution.

3 . The method for preparing the asymmetry composite material according to claim 1 , further comprising curing or crosslinking the second polymer layer after applying the second polymer layer.
