View Patent ↗A rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal, comprising a fixing seat, a power supply box, and a fixing tube. The upper end of the fixing seat is fixed to the power supply box, and the lower end is fixed to the fixing tube. The fixing seat is fixedly or integrally provided with a shaft seat, which is equipped with a water inlet and a water outlet. The water inlet is connected to the fixing tube, and the water outlet is connected to the external environment. A fan is fixedly installed inside the fixing seat and electrically connected to the power supply box of the rod-shaped water pump. A mode switching mechanism is disposed at the shaft seat to realize air blowing or water pumping.

A rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal, comprising: a fixing seat, a power supply box, and a fixing tube, wherein an upper end of the fixing seat is fixed to the power supply box, and a lower end of the fixing seat is fixed to the fixing tube; the fixing seat is fixedly or integrally provided with a shaft seat, which is equipped with a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the water inlet is connected to the fixing tube, and the water outlet is connected to the external environment; a fan is fixedly installed inside the fixing seat and electrically connected to the power supply box of the rod-shaped water pump; and the shaft seat is provided with an air inlet, and a mode switching mechanism is installed inside the shaft seat to enable the rod-shaped water pump to realize air blowing or water pumping.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 1 , wherein the mode switching mechanism comprises a hollow rotating shaft inserted into the shaft seat and rotatably connected to the shaft seat, and a circumferential surface of the rotating shaft is sequentially provided with a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole, spaced apart along a circumferential direction, wherein the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole are in sealing fit with the shaft seat.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 2 , wherein when the rotating shaft is turned to align the first through hole with the air inlet and the third through hole with the water inlet, the rod-shaped water pump operates in an air blowing mode, and the water outlet is in a closed state; and when the second through hole is aligned with the water inlet and the third through hole is aligned with the water outlet, the rod-shaped water pump operates in a water pumping mode, and the air inlet is in a closed state.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 3 , wherein an elastic sealing rubber sleeve is arranged between the rotating shaft and the shaft seat, and the sealing rubber sleeve is fixed inside the shaft seat and provided with three fourth through holes corresponding to the air inlet, the water inlet, and the water outlet, respectively, wherein the rotating shaft is in interference fit with the sealing rubber sleeve and is rotatable relative to the sealing rubber sleeve.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 4 , wherein the sealing rubber sleeve is integrally provided with a positioning rib on an outer circumferential surface, while an inner circumferential surface of the shaft seat is provided with a positioning groove, wherein the positioning rib is embedded in the positioning groove to restrict rotation of the sealing rubber sleeve.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 3 , wherein the fixing seat is fixedly provided with a first triggering switch and a second triggering switch, the rotating shaft is integrally provided with a triggering bump, and a circumferential surface of the shaft seat is provided with a limit slot, wherein the triggering bump extends out of the limit slot, and when the rod-shaped water pump is in the air blowing mode, the triggering bump contacts the first triggering switch; when the rod-shaped water pump is in the water pumping mode, the triggering bump contacts the second triggering switch; and the first triggering switch is electrically connected to the fan and the power supply box, and the second triggering switch is electrically connected to the power supply box.
7 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 3 , wherein an outer end of the rotating shaft is fixedly provided with a knob.
8 . A rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal, comprising:
a rod-shaped water pump body, a pump assembly arranged at a lower end of the rod-shaped water pump body, and a power supply box arranged at an upper end of the rod-shaped water pump body;
a fixing seat, wherein an upper end of the fixing seat is fixedly connected to the power supply box and a lower end of the fixing seat is fixedly connected to a fixing tube;
a shaft seat integrally arranged on the fixing seat, wherein the shaft seat is provided with a water inlet connected to the fixing tube, a water outlet connected to the outside, and an air inlet isolated from the water inlet and the water outlet;
a fan fixedly arranged inside the fixing seat and electrically connected to the power supply box; and
a mode switching mechanism arranged inside the shaft seat.
9 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 8 , wherein the mode switching mechanism comprises:
a hollow rotating shaft rotatably arranged inside the shaft seat; and
a sealing rubber sleeve that is arranged between the rotating shaft and the shaft seat and in interference fit with both, wherein the sealing rubber sleeve is provided with fourth through holes corresponding to the air inlet, the water inlet, and the water outlet respectively; and
wherein a circumferential surface of the rotating shaft is provided with a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole spaced along a circumferential direction.
10 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 9 , wherein the rotating shaft is rotated such that:
in an air blowing mode, the first through hole communicates with the air inlet via the corresponding fourth through hole, the third through hole communicates with the water inlet via the corresponding fourth through hole, and the water outlet is closed; and
in a water pumping mode, the second through hole communicates with the water inlet via the corresponding fourth through hole, the third through hole communicates with the water outlet via the corresponding fourth through hole, and the air inlet is closed.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 10 , wherein a triggering bump is fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft; a limit slot is provided on a circumferential surface of the shaft seat, with the triggering bump extending into the limit slot and capable of sliding along the limit slot; a first triggering switch and a second triggering switch are fixedly arranged on the fixing seat; when the rotating shaft is rotated to a position where the rod-shaped water pump is in the air blowing mode, the triggering bump contacts the first triggering switch; and when the rotating shaft is rotated to a position where the rod-shaped water pump is in the water pumping mode, the triggering bump contacts the second triggering switch.
12 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 11 , wherein an extension path of the limit slot defines a rotational angle range of the triggering bump, allowing the triggering bump to rotate only between an air blowing mode position and a water pumping mode position.
13 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 12 , wherein the first triggering switch is electrically connected to the fan and the power supply box, and when the triggering bump contacts the first triggering switch, the fan is triggered to be powered on for operation.
14 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 13 , wherein the second triggering switch is electrically connected to the power supply box, and when the triggering bump contacts the second triggering switch, the fan is powered off.
15 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 9 , wherein a knob is fixedly arranged at an outer end of the rotating shaft.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 9 , wherein a positioning rib is integrally provided on an outer circumferential surface of the sealing rubber sleeve, and a positioning groove matching the positioning rib is provided on an inner circumferential surface of the shaft seat, wherein the positioning rib is embedded in the positioning groove to restrict rotation of the sealing rubber sleeve relative to the shaft seat.
17 . A rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal, comprising:
a fixing seat;
a power module arranged on the fixing seat;
a fixing tube arranged on the fixing seat;
a shaft seat arranged on the fixing seat, wherein the shaft seat has a water inlet, a water outlet, and an air inlet, with the water inlet connected to the fixing tube and the water outlet communicating with the external environment;
an air pump device arranged on the fixing seat and electrically connected to the power module; and
a mode switching mechanism arranged on the shaft seat and fluidly connected to the air inlet, the water inlet, and the water outlet;
wherein the mode switching mechanism is operable to switch between a first position and a second position:
in the first position, the mode switching mechanism establishes a fluid passage from the air pump device to the water inlet via the air inlet and the mode switching mechanism, forming an air blowing mode, enabling airflow generated by the air pump device to be discharged through the fixing tube;
in the second position, the mode switching mechanism establishes a fluid passage from the water inlet to the water outlet, and blocks a connection between the air inlet and the water inlet and outlet, forming a water pumping mode, allowing liquid to be suctioned through the fixing tube and discharged from the water outlet.
18 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 17 , wherein the mode switching mechanism comprises a rotary valve assembly.
19 . The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 18 , wherein the rotary valve assembly comprises:
a hollow valve core rotatably arranged within the shaft seat; and
a first through hole, a second through hole, and a third through hole spaced apart along a circumferential direction on a circumferential surface of the valve core;
wherein when the valve core rotates relative to the shaft seat, the first through hole, the second through hole, and the third through hole are selectively aligned with or isolated from the air inlet, the water inlet, and the water outlet.

The rod-shaped water pump facilitating silt removal according to claim 19 , wherein the valve core is rotated to a first angular position to align the first through hole with the air inlet and the third through hole with the water inlet, while the water outlet is sealed by a wall surface of the valve core, and the mode switching mechanism is in the air blowing mode; the valve core is rotated to a second angular position to align the second through hole with the water inlet and the third through hole with the water outlet, while the air inlet is sealed by the wall surface of the valve core, and the mode switching mechanism is in the water pumping mode.
