Abstract

A lighting device including a light source module including a housing, a substrate disposed on the housing, a light source disposed on the substrate, and a resin layer disposed on the substrate to cover up the light source, and a sensor placed outside the housing to be spaced apart from the housing in a direction where signal from the sensor moves. In addition, the housing is formed with a material through which the signal from the sensor passes.

Claims (30)

1 . A lighting device comprising:

a light source module, including:

a housing;

a substrate disposed on the housing;

a light source disposed on the substrate; and

a resin layer disposed on the substrate to cover up the light source; and

a sensor placed outside the housing to be spaced apart from the housing in a direction where a signal from the sensor moves,

wherein the housing is formed with a material through which the signal from the sensor passes.

2 . The lighting device according to claim 1 , wherein the light source includes a plurality of light emitting devices mounted on the substrate and are arranged in a region that do not overlap with the sensor in the direction where the signal from the sensor moves.

3 . The lighting device according to claim 2 , wherein the light source further comprises an optical member disposed above the resin layer and including a transmissive region and a non-transmissive region.

4 . The lighting device according to claim 3 , wherein the substrate includes:

a first region defined inside the transmissive region to overlap with the sensor in the direction where the signal from the sensor moves; and

a second region defined outside the first region to overlap with the plurality of light emitting devices in the direction where the signal from the sensor moves.

5 . The lighting device according to claim 3 , wherein the plurality of light emitting devices are configured to overlap with the non-transmissive region.

6 . The lighting device according to claim 3 , wherein a space between the housing and the sensor is filled with air or is in a vacuum state.

7 . The lighting device according to claim 6 , further comprising a protective layer disposed on the resin layer to protect components disposed thereunder.

8 . The lighting device according to claim 7 , wherein an optical layer is disposed a predetermined distance apart from the protective layer in the direction where the signal from the sensor moves.

9 . The lighting device according to claim 8 , wherein a space between the optical layer and the protective layer is filled with air or is in a vacuum state.

10 . The lighting device according to claim 9 , wherein a height of the space between an upper surface of the sensor and an upper surface of the housing is greater than the height of the space between a lower surface of the optical member and an upper surface of the protective layer.

11 . The lighting device according to claim 3 , further comprising a reflective layer disposed on the substrate,

wherein the reflective layer includes:

an optical sheet; and

a plurality of reflective pattern groups disposed on an upper surface of the optical sheet between adjacent light emitting devices, and

wherein each reflective pattern group includes a plurality of dots that protrude from the upper surface of the optical sheet.

12 . The lighting device according to claim 11 , wherein at least a portion of the plurality of reflective pattern groups are configured to overlap with the sensor in the direction where the signal from the sensor moves.

13 . The lighting device according to claim 11 , wherein the plurality of reflective pattern groups are firmed in a plurality of circles which have different diameters from each other or a plurality of ellipses which have different long and short axes.

14 . The lighting device according to claim 13 , wherein a size of a pattern constituting one pattern group of the plurality of reflective pattern groups is different from a size of a pattern constituting another pattern group of the plurality of reflective pattern groups which is spaced apart from inwardly or outwardly from the one pattern group.

15 . The lighting device according to claim 7 , further comprising a light blocking layer disposed between the protective layer and the resin layer,

wherein the light blocking layer including one or more light blocking patterns.

16 . The lighting device according to claim 15 , wherein the one or more light blocking patterns are disposed in a region that does not overlap with the sensor.
