Abstract

A method of application modernization engine executed by processors. The application modernization engine provides an improved contextual document processing and specific information extraction. The method includes receiving, by document intelligence sub-system of the application modernization engine, data of an enterprise computer system generated by artificial intelligence agents. The method includes processing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the data by extracting and ingesting specific contextual information to achieve document classification and feature extraction. The method includes providing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the specific contextual information, the document classification, and the feature extraction to the artificial intelligence agents to implement processes on top of the existing enterprise computer system to achieve objectives.

Claims (28)

1 . A method of application modernization engine executed by one or more processors, the application modernization engine providing an improved contextual document processing and specific information extraction, the method comprising:

receiving, by document intelligence sub-system of the application modernization engine, data of an enterprise computer system generated by one or more artificial intelligence agents;

processing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the data by extracting and ingesting specific contextual information to achieve document classification and feature extraction; and

providing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the specific contextual information, the document classification, and the feature extraction to the one or more artificial intelligence agents to implement one or more processes on top of the enterprise computer system to achieve one or more objectives,

wherein the application modernization engine comprises a multi-agent approach for an interaction management where a request is received with a context and two or more artificial intelligence agents of the one or more artificial intelligence agents communicate and provide feedback targeted to the context of the request to achieve the one or more objectives.

2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the data of an existing enterprise computer system comprises multiple sources of context and user interactions to provide an initial enabling consistency across outputs.

3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the document intelligence sub-system receives an upload of contextual documents as the data processed by the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the document intelligence sub-system utilizes artificial intelligence or optical character recognition to extract text and structure from the data of the enterprise computer system and identify the one or more objectives.

5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the application modernization engine comprises an interaction management of the one or more artificial intelligence agents to modernize the enterprise computer system.

6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the application modernization engine comprises an interaction management between two or more supervised, assisted, and autonomous modernization agents of the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more artificial intelligence agents comprise two or more of a supervised agent, an assisted agent, and an autonomous modernization agents to implement the one or more processes and achieve the one or more objectives.

8 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the application modernization engine provides the improved contextual document processing and specific information extraction by implementing modernization of the enterprise computer system with agent orchestration, interaction, communication, and suggesting improvements via the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

9 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the application modernization engine implements the method during a runtime of the enterprise computer system over.

10 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the one or more artificial intelligence agents comprise a target agent identified by the context.

11 . The method of claim 1 , the multi-agent approach comprises using the context to directly answer the request.

12 . A computer program product comprising program code of application modernization engine, the computer program code being stored on a non-transitory computer readable medium coupled to one or more processors, the computer program code being executable by the one or more processors, the application modernization engine providing an improved contextual document processing and specific information extraction by operations of the application modernization engine comprising:

receiving, by document intelligence sub-system of the application modernization engine, data of an enterprise computer system generated by one or more artificial intelligence agents;

processing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the data by extracting and ingesting specific contextual information to achieve document classification and feature extraction; and

providing, by the document intelligence sub-system, the specific contextual information, the document classification, and the feature extraction to the one or more artificial intelligence agents to implement one or more processes on top of the enterprise computer system to achieve one or more objectives,

wherein the application modernization engine comprises a multi-agent approach for an interaction management where a request is received with a context and two or more artificial intelligence agents of the one or more artificial intelligence agents communicate and provide feedback targeted to the context of the request to achieve the one or more objectives.

13 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the data of an existing enterprise computer system comprises multiple sources of context and user interactions to provide an initial enabling consistency across outputs.

14 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the document intelligence sub-system receives an upload of contextual documents as the data processed by the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

15 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the document intelligence sub-system utilizes artificial intelligence or optical character recognition to extract text and structure from the data of the enterprise computer system and identify the one or more objectives.

16 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the application modernization engine comprises an interaction management of the one or more artificial intelligence agents to modernize the enterprise computer system.

17 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the application modernization engine comprises an interaction management between two or more supervised, assisted, and autonomous modernization agents of the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

18 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the one or more artificial intelligence agents comprise two or more of a supervised agent, an assisted agent, and an autonomous modernization agents to implement the one or more processes and achieve the one or more objectives.

19 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the application modernization engine provides the improved contextual document processing and specific information extraction by implementing modernization of the enterprise computer system with agent orchestration, interaction, communication, and suggesting improvements via the one or more artificial intelligence agents.

20 . The computer program product of claim 12 , wherein the application modernization engine implements the operations during a runtime of the enterprise computer system over.
