Abstract

A device may receive a request for a product from a first user device and may generate first verification information based on the request. The device may provide the first verification information to a second user device and may provide first information associated with the product to the second user device, where the first information includes location information corresponding to a pick-up location and a drop-off location. The device may provide second information associated with the product to a product delivery device to permit the product delivery device to authenticate the second user device. The device may receive a verification request from the first user device based on an interaction and may generate second verification information. The device may provide the second verification information to the first user device to permit the second user device to verify the first user device for delivery of the product.

Claims (65)

1 . A facilitation device, comprising:

one or more memory devices; and

one or more processors, coupled to the one or more memory devices, to:

receive, from a requestor device associated with a user, a request for the user to pick up a product;

send, based on selecting a product delivery device associated with releasing the product to the user, verification information to at least one of the requestor device or the product delivery device,

wherein the product delivery device has a capability to create the product on demand;

receive, based on sending the verification information and from the product delivery device, a request for assisting in a verification of the user; and

transmit, to the product delivery device, a message associated with the verification of the user.

2 . The facilitation device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

verify the request,

wherein the product delivery device is further selected based on verifying the request.

3 . The facilitation device of claim 2 , wherein, to verify the request, the one or more processors are configured to:

verify at least one of:

account information included in the request,

an identity of the user, or

an account associated with the user has sufficient funds for purchasing the product.

4 . The facilitation device of claim 1 , wherein the one or more processors are further configured to:

access information, associated with the user, on the requestor device; and

determine, based on accessing the information on the requestor device, a current or future location associated with the user,

wherein the product delivery device is selected based on the current or future location associated with the user.

5 . The facilitation device of claim 1 , wherein the product delivery device is selected based on at least one of: a weather condition associated with picking up the product, or a traffic condition associated with picking up the product.

6 . The facilitation device of claim 1 , wherein the product delivery device is selected by a machine learning model or an artificial intelligence model.

7 . The facilitation device of claim 1 , wherein the product delivery device is a type of secured location for housing and releasing the product.

8 . A method, comprising:

receiving, from a requestor device associated with a user, a request for the user to pick up a product;

sending, based on selecting a product delivery device, associated with releasing the product to the user, by a facilitation device to at least one of the requestor device or the product delivery device, verification information associated with pairing the requestor device and the product delivery device,

wherein the product delivery device has a capability to create the product on demand;

receiving, by the facilitation device, based on sending the verification information and from the product delivery device, a request for assisting in a verification of the user; and

transmitting, by the facilitation device, to the product delivery device, a message associated with the verification of the user.

9 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

verifying the request,

wherein the product delivery device is further selected based on verifying the request.

10 . The method of claim 8 , wherein verifying the request further comprises:

verifying at least one of:

account information included in the request,

an identity of the user, or

an account associated with the user has sufficient funds for purchasing the product.

11 . The method of claim 8 , further comprising:

accessing information, associated with the user, on the requestor device; and

determining, based on accessing the information on the requestor device, a current or future location associated with the user,

wherein the product delivery device is selected based on the current or future location associated with the user.

12 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the product delivery device is selected based on at least one of: a weather condition associated with picking up or delivering the product, or a traffic condition associated with picking up or delivering the product.

13 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the product delivery device is selected by a machine learning model or an artificial intelligence model.

14 . The method of claim 8 , wherein the product delivery device is a type of secured location for housing and releasing the product.

15 . A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing a set of instructions, the set of instructions comprising:

one or more instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a facilitation device, cause the facilitation device to:

receive, from a requestor device associated with a user, a request for the user to pick up a product;

send, based on selecting a product delivery device associated with releasing the product to the user, verification information to at least one of the requestor device or the product delivery device,

wherein the product delivery device has a capability to create the product on demand;

receive, based on sending the verification information and from the product delivery device, a request for assisting in a verification of the user; and

transmit, to the product delivery device, a message associated with the verification of the user.

16 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions further cause the facilitation device to:

verify the request,

wherein the product delivery device is further selected based on verifying the request.

17 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein, to verify the request, the one or more instructions cause the facilitation device to:

verify at least one of:

account information included in the request,

an identity of the user, or

an account associated with the user has sufficient funds for purchasing the product.

18 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the one or more instructions further cause the facilitation device to:

access information, associated with the user, on the requestor device; and

determine, based on accessing the information on the requestor device, a current or future location associated with the user,

wherein the product delivery device is selected based on the current or future location associated with the user.

19 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the product delivery device is selected based on at least one of: a weather condition associated with picking up or delivering the product, or a traffic condition associated with picking up or delivering the product.

20 . The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 15 , wherein the product delivery device is a type of secured location for housing and releasing the product.
