Unified platform for hosting multiple workspaces
Systems and methods are provided for a unified platform hosting multiple workspaces. A customer success workspace is hosted through the unified platform. The customer success workspace stores data within a first object of a customer relationship management (CRM) database. A helpdesk workspace is hosted through the unified platform. The helpdesk workspace stores data within a second object of the CRM database. A user is provided with access to the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace of the unified platform through a workspace user interface. The helpdesk workspace is provided with access to the first object. The customer success workspace is provided with access to the second object.
1 . A method, comprising:
hosting a customer success workspace through a unified platform, wherein the customer success workspace stores data within a first object of a customer relationship management (CRM) database;
hosting a helpdesk workspace through the unified platform, wherein the helpdesk workspace stores data within a second object of the CRM database;
providing a user with access to the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace of the unified platform through a workspace user interface; and
providing the helpdesk workspace with access to the first object and the customer success workspace with access to the second object.
2 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
generating a predictive health score stored by the customer success workspace through the first object; and
providing the helpdesk workspace with access to the predictive health score through the first object.
3 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
generating ticket data stored by the helpdesk workspace through the second object; and
providing the customer success workspace with access to the ticket data through the first object.
4 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
populating, the by unified platform, the customer success workspace with an interface corresponding to at least one of:
a summary interface populated with task progress information;
a portfolio interface populated with customers that are managed by a current user of the customer success workspace;
a pipeline interface populated with ticket data; or
a feed interface populated with activities related to the customers managed by the current user; and
populating the interface with information from the second object accessible to both the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace.
5 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
populating, the by unified platform, the helpdesk workspace with an interface populated with channel information, ticket names, ticket priorities, ticket tags, ticket status information, and ticket assignment information.
6 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
providing an automation workflow with access to the first object and the second object for workflow execution.
7 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
providing an artificial intelligence service with access to the first object and the second object.
8 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
creating, through the helpdesk workspace, a ticket stored as an object within the CRM database; and
providing information about the ticket through the customer success workspace using the object.
9 . The method of claim 1 , comprising:
in response to receiving user input through the customer success workspace, configuring weights, events, and properties used to generate a predictive health score.
10 . A computing device comprising:
a memory comprising machine executable code; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to execute the machine executable code to cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
hosting a customer success workspace through a unified platform, wherein the customer success workspace stores data within a first object of a customer relationship management (CRM) database;
hosting a helpdesk workspace through the unified platform, wherein the helpdesk workspace stores data within a second object of the CRM database;
providing a user with access to the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace of the unified platform through a workspace user interface; and
providing the helpdesk workspace with access to the first object and the customer success workspace with access to the second object.
11 . The computing device of claim 10 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a data layer providing access to CRM objects as structured data, unstructured data generated from user engagement with content, and external data source integrated into an artificial intelligence service and machine learning model.
12 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
processing the unstructured data utilizing at least one of sentiment analysis, predictive scoring, or insight generation to create a result; and
utilizing the result to populate a property of at least one of the first object or the second object.
13 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
processing the unstructured data utilizing at least one of sentiment analysis, predictive scoring, or insight generation to create a result; and
utilizing the result to generate a predictive score used by at least one of the customer success workspace or the helpdesk workspace.
14 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
providing, by the data layer, the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace with access to at least one of email objects, conversation objects, workflow objects, event objects, deal objects, customer objects, ticket objects, reporting objects, or task objects within the CRM database.
15 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a logical layer applying artificial intelligence to perform tasks.
16 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a logical layer implementing at least one of a customer agent, a knowledge base agent, predictive alerts, or predictive health scoring.
17 . The computing device of claim 11 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a logical layer implementing at least one of an artificial intelligence meeting manager, a playbook recommender, or an electronic batch records creator.
18 . A non-transitory machine readable medium comprising instructions for performing a method, which when executed by a machine, causes the machine to perform operations comprising:
hosting a customer success workspace through a unified platform, wherein the customer success workspace stores data within a first object of a customer relationship management (CRM) database;
hosting a helpdesk workspace through the unified platform, wherein the helpdesk workspace stores data within a second object of the CRM database;
providing a user with access to the customer success workspace and the helpdesk workspace of the unified platform through a workspace user interface; and
providing the helpdesk workspace with access to the first object and the customer success workspace with access to the second object.
19 . The non-transitory machine readable medium of claim 18 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a user interface layer that provides the customer success workspace and the customer success workspace through a single workspace environment.
20 . The non-transitory machine readable medium of claim 18 , wherein the operations comprise:
hosting, by the unified platform, a logical layer implementing at least one of proactive alerts, churn prediction, predictive health scoring, personified electronic batch records creation, an artificial intelligence meeting manager, a playbook recommender, an omnichannel agent, or a knowledge base agent.
