Abstract

The present application provides a method for invoking a panoramic picture, and a panoramic camera system. The method includes steps of: collecting multiple camera pictures; unfolding and stitching the collected multiple camera pictures to obtain the panoramic picture; mapping the panoramic picture into a target sphere model to obtain a panoramic sphere picture; and creating a virtual camera, where a third-party application is enabled to directly invoke the virtual camera to obtain the panoramic picture. The present application can facilitate the third-party application to directly invoke the panoramic picture in the panoramic camera system.
