Abstract

A rental system of a working machine, including a customer terminal, a rental management server, a maker management server, and a network communicatively connected with the customer terminal, the rental management server, and the maker management server. The customer terminal submits to the rental management server via the network, rental information including first specifying information of at least one of working machine which is requested for rental by a customer, the rental management server including a rental processor to extract the first specifying information of the at least one of working machine from the rental information, and a rental communicator to transmit the extracted first specifying information to the maker management server via the network, and the maker management server including a maker storage to store second specifying information of at least one of working machine which is manufactured and/or sold by a manufacturer and an issuing processor.

Claims (52)

1 . A rental system of a working machine comprising:

a customer terminal;

a rental management server;

a maker management server; and

a network communicatively connected with the customer terminal, the rental management server, and the maker management server, wherein

the customer terminal submits to the rental management server via the network, rental information including first specifying information of at least one of working machine which is requested for rental by a customer,

the rental management server includes

a rental processor to extract the first specifying information of the at least one of working machine from the rental information, and

a rental communicator to transmit the extracted first specifying information to the maker management server via the network, and

the maker management server includes

a maker storage to store second specifying information of at least one of working machine which is manufactured and/or sold by a manufacturer, and

an issuing processor to issue a rental permission of the at least one of working machine when determining that the first specifying information received from the rental management server is matched with the second specifying information stored in the maker storage of the maker management server, by transmitting a permission command indicating that the rental of the at least one of working machine is permitted, along with the first specifying information thereof, to the maker management server.

2 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , wherein

the rental management server is owned by a rental company, and

the maker management server is owned by a manufacturer.

3 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , wherein

the rental management server is configured or programmed, when receiving the permission command from the issuing processor of the maker management server, to notify to the customer terminal, that the rental of the at least one of working machine has been permitted.

4 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , wherein

the issuing processor is configured or programmed to issue a rental non-permission of the at least one of working machine, when determining that the first specifying information received from the rental management server is not matched with the second specifying information stored in the maker storage of the maker management server, by transmitting a non-permission command indicating that the rental is not permitted, to the maker management server.

5 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , wherein

the rental management server further includes a rental storage to store the rental information transmitted from the customer terminal, wherein

the rental processor is configured or programmed to extract the first specifying information of the at least one of working machine from the rental information stored in the rental storage.

6 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , wherein

the at least one of working machine includes a plurality of working machines,

the rental management server further includes

a working-machine storage to store working-machine information of the plurality of working machines, which includes data indicating an owned number of the plurality of working machines which are owned by a rental company, and

a rental storage to store the rental information transmitted from the customer terminal, which includes data indicating a requested number of the plurality of working machines which are requested for rental of the plurality of working machines by the customer, wherein

the rental management server is configured or programmed, when the requested number of the plurality of working machines is less than the owned number of the plurality of working machines, to determine and notify to the customer terminal that the rental of the plurality of working machines is permitted.

7 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 1 , further comprising:

an IC writer communicatively connected with the rental management server and the maker management server via the network, to receive the rental information including the permission command; and

an IC tag communicatively connected with the IC writer by means of a short-range wireless communication technique, to receive the rental information including the permission command from the IC writer.

8 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 7 , wherein

the at least one of working machine includes

a controller configured or programmed to control components of the at least one of working machine,

a working-machine communicator connected with the controller, and

a working-machine storage connected with the controller, wherein

the IC tag further includes an IC-tag communicator communicatively connected with the working-machine communicator by means of the short-range wireless communication technique,

the controller is configured or programmed to control the working-machine storage to store the rental information including the permission command when determining that the rental information received by the working-machine communicator from the IC-tag communicator includes the first specifying information of the at least one of working machine, permitting the rental thereof.

9 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 8 , wherein

the rental information includes data indicating a rental period which is requested for the rental of the at least one of working machine by the customer, and

the at least one of working machine further includes a first timer connected with the controller, to count current time, wherein

the controller is configured or programmed to

control the components of the at least one of working machine until the rental period expires, and

restrict controlling the components of the at least one of working machine after the rental period expires.

10 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 8 , wherein

the controller is configured or programmed,

until the rental period expires, to perform at least one of an auto idle control in which an engine revolution speed is controlled in accordance with an operation amount of an accelerator lever, or a flow rate control in which at least one of a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder, and a bucket cylinder mounted on the at least one of working machine is operated in accordance with an operation amount of an operation member, and

after the rental period expires, to restrict performing the auto idle control and the flow rate control.

11 . The rental system of the working machine according to claim 8 , wherein

the rental information includes data indicating a rental period which is requested for the rental of the at least one of working machine by the customer,

the IC tag further includes a second timer connected with the IC-tag communicator, to count current time, and

the IC tag is configured or programmed to cause the IC-tag communicator to transmit the rental information to the working-machine communicator, along with restriction command such that the controller restricts performing at least one of an auto idle control in which an engine revolution speed is controlled in accordance with an operation amount of an accelerator lever, and a flow rate control in which at least one of a boom cylinder, an arm cylinder, and a bucket cylinder mounted on the at least one of working machine is operated in accordance with an operation amount of an operation member.
