Metal magnetic powder, composite magnetic body, and electronic component
A metal magnetic powder includes: metal nanoparticles having an average particle size (D50) is 1 nm to 100 nm, and a main phase of hcp-Co; and an additive elements α including at least one of Fe, Ni, and Cu.
1 . A metal magnetic powder, comprising:
metal nanoparticles having an average particle size (D50) is 1 nm to 100 nm, and a main phase of hexagonal close packing Co; and
an additive element α including at least one of Fe, Ni, and Cu, wherein
a weight ratio of the total content of the additive element α to the content of Co is 10 ppm to 2000 ppm, and
Co occupies 80 wt % or more in the metal magnetic powder.
2 . The metal magnetic powder according to claim 1 , further comprising:
an additive element β including at least one of Na, Mg, and Ca.
3 . The metal magnetic powder according to claim 2 ,
wherein a weight ratio of the total content of the additive element β to the content of Co is 10 ppm to 1500 ppm.
4 . An electronic component, comprising:
the metal magnetic powder according to claim 1 .
5 . A composite magnetic body, comprising:
metal nanoparticles having an average particle size (D50) is 1 nm to 100 nm, and a main phase of hexagonal close packing Co;
a resin; and
an additive element α including at least one of Fe, Ni, and Cu, wherein
a weight ratio of the total content of the additive element α to the content of Co is 10 ppm to 2000 ppm, and
Co occupies 80 wt % or more in the metal magnetic powder.
6 . The composite magnetic body according to claim 5 , further comprising:
an additive element β including at least one of Na, Mg, and Ca.
7 . An electronic component, comprising:
the composite magnetic body according to claim 5 .
