Thiazole derivatives for therapeutic use
View Patent ↗Provided are thiazole derivative compounds that can reduce CD4+ IFNγ+ T cells and inhibit or reduce inflammation. Also provided are methods of treating diseases characterized by gastrointestinal tract inflammation using the compounds.

2 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of compounds 6, 7, 11, 20, 34, 37, 40, 42, 52, 55, 58, 68 and 69.
3 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is selected from the group consisting of compounds 11, 37 and 40.
4 . The compound of claim 1 , wherein the compound is compound 11.
5 . A method of treating a disease characterized by excess CD4+ IFNγ+ cells in a patient, the method comprising administering the compound of claim 1 to the patient in a manner sufficient to treat the disease.
