Lighting module, lighting device and taillight
A lighting device disclosed in an embodiment of the invention includes a substrate; a reflective member disposed on the substrate; a plurality of light emitting devices disposed on the substrate; a resin layer disposed on the reflective member; and an optical pattern portion having a plurality of concave portions concavely formed on an upper surface of the resin layer, wherein the plurality of light emitting devices is spaced apart in a first direction in which light is emitted, wherein the optical pattern portion includes a pattern portion in which a width of the concave portions is reduced from a position overlapping a center of each of the plurality of light emitting devices in the first direction, wherein the optical pattern portion includes a pattern portion in which a width of the concave portions is reduced from the center of the optical pattern portion toward both sides of a second direction.
1 . A lighting device comprising:
a substrate;
a reflective member disposed on the substrate;
a light emitting device disposed on the substrate;
a resin layer disposed on the reflective member and sealing the light emitting device; and
a plurality of optical pattern portions having a plurality of concave portions on an upper surface of the resin layer and a convex portion disposed between the plurality of concave portions,
wherein the light emitting device emits light toward a first direction of the resin layer,
wherein the optical pattern portion includes a plurality of pattern portions in which the concave portions are arranged on both sides in the first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction at a region overlapping the light emitting device,
wherein the plurality of concave portions is disposed on both sides in the first direction and on both sides in the second direction based on the convex portion,
wherein the optical pattern portion includes an intermediate convex portion arranged between the plurality of pattern portions,
wherein a width of an upper surface of the intermediate convex portion in the first direction is larger than a width of an upper surface of the convex portion of the optical pattern portion in the first direction, and
wherein each of the concave portions has a blank region, and incident light is refracted and emitted.
2 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the light emitting device is disposed in the first direction in plurality, and
wherein the optical pattern portion is disposed in the first direction in plurality.
3 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein each of the plurality of optical pattern portions includes a pattern portion in which a width of the concave portions arranged in the first direction is reduced at a position overlapping a center of each of the plurality of light emitting devices, and
wherein each of the plurality of optical pattern portions includes a pattern portion in which a width of the concave portions arranged on both sides in the second direction orthogonal to the first direction from the center of each of the plurality of optical pattern portions is reduced.
4 . The lighting device of claim 3 ,
wherein an interval between the plurality of optical pattern portions is smaller than an interval between the plurality of light emitting devices, and
wherein each of the plurality of optical pattern portions has a maximum length in the first direction smaller than a maximum length in the second direction.
5 . The lighting device of claim 1 , wherein a depth of the concave portions arranged in the first direction is smaller than the width of the upper surface of the convex portion in the first direction.
6 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the width of the upper surface of the middle convex portion in the first direction is greater than the width of the upper surface of the convex portion in the first direction, and
wherein the width of the upper surface of the middle convex portion in the first direction is 0.4 mm or more.
7 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein a width of a concave portion of a first pattern portion adjacent to each of the light emitting devices among the pattern portions is greater than the width of the convex portion.
8 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein the width of a concave portion of a second pattern portion, which is furthest from a center of each of the light emitting devices among the pattern portions, is equal to or smaller than the width of the convex portion.
9 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the plurality of concave portions arranged in the optical pattern portion have the same depth.
10 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the plurality of concave portions arranged in the optical pattern portion have different depths.
11 . The lighting device of claim 10 ,
wherein the pattern portions include a first pattern portion adjacent to the light emitting device,
wherein concave portions of the first pattern portion have the deepest depth among the depths of the concave portions in the optical pattern portion.
12 . The lighting device of claim 11 ,
wherein the width of the concave portion of the first pattern portion is greater than the width of the convex portion.
13 . The lighting device of claim 10 ,
wherein the pattern portions include a second pattern portion arranged on an outer side of the optical pattern portion,
wherein concave portions of the second pattern portion are the smallest depth among the depths of the concave portions in the optical pattern portion.
14 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein each of the concave portions has a shape of a polygonal column or a column having a curved surface at a lower portion.
15 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein a depth of the concave portion is in a range of 0.25 mm to 0.8 mm.
16 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein each of the plurality of optical pattern portions is spaced apart from an outer side or edge of the resin layer,
wherein the upper surfaces of the intermediate convex portion in the first and second directions have the same width.
17 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein each of the plurality of optical pattern portions is disposed on an upper surface of each of the plurality of light emitting devices,
wherein an area of each of the optical pattern portions is in a range of 6 to 18 times an area of an upper surface of each of the light emitting devices.
18 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein convex portions arranged between the concave portions of the optical pattern portions are connected to each other within the pattern portion.
19 . The lighting device of claim 2 ,
wherein an interval between adjacent concave portions in the first and second directions becomes wider as it gets farther away from an emission surface of each of the light emitting device.
20 . The lighting device of claim 1 ,
wherein the width of the upper surface of the concave portion is 0.25 mm or more.
