Abstract

An information processing device according to the present invention includes: a storage means that stores reference attribute information representing an attribute of a person corresponding to a target place; an extraction means that extracts person attribute information representing an attribute of a person in a captured image obtained by capturing an image of the target place; and a detection means that detects a predetermined person in the captured image based on the reference attribute information and the person attribute information.

Claims (59)

1 . A monitoring device comprising:

a memory storing instructions; and

at least one processor connected to the memory and configured to execute the instructions to:

receive a captured image of a target place;

extract an image portion of a target in the captured image;

extract, based on the image portion of the target:

target attribute information representing an attribute of the target;

action information representing an action of the target; and

scene information of the target place;

retrieve, based on the scene information of the target place, reference information representing attributes of a plurality of targets and actions of the plurality of targets;

determine that a first target of the plurality of targets is a target of interest by comparing the target attribute information and the action information the first target with the reference information of the plurality of targets; and

display, in response to determining that the first target is a target of interest, at least a part of the captured image and information of the target of interest.

2 . The monitoring device according to claim 1 , wherein

the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to

specify the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target stops in the same place a threshold number of times.

3 . The monitoring device according to claim 1 , wherein

the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to

specify the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target wanders.

4 . The monitoring device according to claim 1 , wherein

the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to

determine the first target to be the target of interest in a case where a number of detections of the first target at the target place exceeds a threshold.

5 . A monitoring method comprising:

receiving a captured image of a target place;

extracting an image portion of a target in the captured image;

extracting, based on the image portion of the target:

target attribute information representing an attribute of the target;

action information representing an action of the target; and

scene information of the target place;

retrieving, based on the scene information of the target place, reference information representing attributes of a plurality of targets and actions of the plurality of targets;

determining that a first target of the plurality of targets is a target of interest by comparing the target attribute information and the action information of the first target with the reference information of the plurality of targets; and

displaying, in response to determining that the first target is a target of interest, at least a part of the captured image and information of the target of interest.

6 . The monitoring method according to claim 5 , further comprising

specifying the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target stops in the same place a threshold number of times.

7 . The monitoring method according to claim 5 , further comprising

specifying the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target wanders.

8 . The monitoring method according to claim 5 , further comprising

determining the first target to be the target of interest in a case where a number of detections of the first target at the target place exceeds a threshold.

9 . A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program, the program comprising instructions for causing at least one information processing device to execute:

a process to receive a captured image of a target place;

a process to extract an image portion of a target in the captured image;

a process to extract, based on the image portion of the target:

target attribute information representing an attribute of the target;

action information representing an action of the target; and

scene information of the target place;

a process to retrieve, based on the scene information of the target place, reference information representing attributes of a plurality of targets and actions of the plurality of targets;

a process to determine that a first target of the plurality of targets is a target of interest by comparing the target attribute information and the action information of the first target with the reference information of the plurality of targets; and

a process to display, in response to determining that the first target is a target of interest, at least a part of the captured image and information of the target of interest.

10 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing the program according to claim 9 , the program further comprising instructions for causing the at least one information processing device to execute

a process to specify the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target stops in the same place a threshold number of times.

11 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing the program according to claim 9 , the program further comprising instructions for causing the at least one information processing device to execute

a process to specify the first target as the target of interest in a case where the first target wanders.

12 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing the program according to claim 9 , the program further comprising instructions for causing the at least one information processing device to execute

a process to determine the first target to be the target of interest in a case where a number of detections of the first target at the target place exceeds a threshold.

13 . The monitoring device according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is further configured to execute the instructions to display the target of interest as distinguished from one or more of the plurality of targets by performing at least one of:

displaying the target of interest with a predetermined color, putting a border around the target of interest, or putting a mark on the target of interest.

14 . The monitoring method according to claim 5 , further comprising displaying the target of interest as distinguished from one or more of the plurality of targets by performing at least one of:

displaying the target of interest with a predetermined color, putting a border around the target of interest, or putting a mark on the target of interest.

15 . The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing the program according to claim 9 , wherein the process to display further comprises displaying the target of interest on the captured image as distinguished from one or more of the plurality of targets by performing at least one of:

displaying the target of interest with a predetermined color, putting a border around the target of interest, or putting a mark on the target of interest.
