Abstract

Disclosed are a method, system, and apparatus of a counter-unmanned aircraft system early warning tactical gear, method and system to haptically alert a wearer prior to an imminent drone attack. In one aspect, a personal protective equipment includes a responsive device integrated in a tactical gear, and a sensor system designed to detect an imminent drone attack. The responsive device haptically notifies a wearer of the tactical gear when the sensor system detects the imminent drone attack. The responsive device may provide haptic feedback to indicate a source, a direction, an elevation, and/or a proximity of the imminent drone attack. A geo-location device may identify a present location of the wearer when the sensor system detects the imminent drone attack. The present location may be communicated to a command center. A command center may direct a series of counter measures to neutralize a hostile drone in the imminent drone attack.

Claims (31)

1 . A personal protective equipment, comprising:

a responsive device integrated in a tactical gear; and

a sensor system designed to detect an imminent drone attack,

wherein the responsive device to haptically notify a wearer of the tactical gear when the sensor system detects the imminent drone attack, and

wherein a drone detection artificial intelligence model of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to analyze data from the sensor system to differentiate a hostile drone from another object, comprising at least one of a bird and a plane, based on their size, speed, flight pattern, visual characteristic, and acoustical characteristic.

2 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein the responsive device to provide a haptic feedback to indicate at least one of a source, a direction, an elevation, and a proximity of the imminent drone attack.

3 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 further comprising:

a geo-location device to identify a present location of the wearer when the sensor system detects the imminent drone attack;

a communication mechanism wherein the present location is communicated to a command center.

4 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein a command center to direct a series of counter measures to neutralize a hostile drone in the imminent drone attack.

5 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein the sensor system to employ a variety of sensors, comprising at least one of a radar, a radio frequency (RF) scanner, an acoustic sensor, and an optical camera, to detect a presence of a hostile drone in the imminent drone attack.

6 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein a hostile drone is part of a drones warm in the imminent drone attack.

7 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein a drone detection artificial intelligence model of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to classify and identify at least one of a drone type, a model, and a potentially of its payload of a hostile drone in the imminent drone attack by comparing sensor data against databases of known drone signatures to assess a level of threat, and to decide on an appropriate response.

8 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein a counter-drone response system of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to control an electronic warfare tool, comprising at least one of a RF jammer and a spoofer, to disrupt at least one of a communication system and a navigation system of a hostile drone in the imminent attack, forcing it to at least one land and return to its point of origin.

9 . The personal protective equipment of claim 8 wherein the counter-drone response system to deploy a physical interception method comprising a net, a projectile, a counter-drone to at least one capture and bring down the hostile drone.

10 . The personal protective equipment of claim 9 wherein the counter-drone response system to employ AI systems continuously learn from encounters during imminent attacks, improving detection, identification, and interception capabilities of the hostile drone over time.

11 . The personal protective equipment of claim 10 wherein the counter-drone response system to use predictive analysis of a drone detection artificial intelligence model to anticipate drone incursions based on patterns of activity, enhancing preparedness and response strategies.

12 . The personal protective equipment of claim 11 wherein the drone detection artificial intelligence model to employ an anti-swarm module to track and neutralize multiple hostile drones simultaneously.

13 . The personal protective equipment of claim 12 wherein a hostile drone intelligence module of the drone detection artificial intelligence model to leverage drone-gathered intelligence to provide real-time coordination of military operations including reconnaissance and automated artillery strikes.

14 . The personal protective equipment of claim 1 wherein the responsive device to provide a haptic feedback to indicate at least one of a source, a direction, an elevation, and a proximity of the hostile drone.

15 . A counter-UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) comprising:

a personal protective equipment having a responsive device integrated in a tactical gear; to haptically notify a wearer of the tactical gear when a sensor system detects a hostile drone approaching a location having a blast radius of the wearer of the personal protective equipment; and

the sensor system communicatively coupled with the personal protective equipment to employ a sensor comprising any of a radar, a radio frequency (RF) scanner, an acoustic sensor, and an optical camera to detect a presence of the hostile drone approaching the location having the blast radius of the wearer of the personal protective equipment,

wherein a drone detection artificial intelligence model of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to analyze data from the sensor system to differentiate a hostile drone from another object, comprising at least one of a bird and a plane, based on their size, speed, flight pattern, visual characteristic, and acoustical characteristic.

16 . The counter-UAS of claim 15 further comprising a counter-drone response system of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to control an electronic warfare tool, comprising at least one of a RF jammer and a spoofer, to disrupt at least one of a communication system and a navigation system of the hostile drone in the imminent attack, forcing it to at least one land and return to its point of origin.

17 . The counter-UAS of claim 15 further comprising an anti-swarm module of at least one of the personal protective equipment and a command center to track and neutralize multiple hostile drones simultaneously, wherein the sensor system to deploy a cope cage on at least one of a vehicle, an infrastructure, and the wearer of the tactical gear.
