display the second screen including the third video to be uploaded to the network service, wherein the third video is an edited version of the first video such that the license plate is included.
6 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
display, based on identifying the license plate, the first screen or the second screen including an icon for covering the license plate, on the display.
7 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
identify a violation type of the vehicle by inputting the first video to a neural network trained to determine whether a traffic rule is violated.
8 . The electronic device of claim 1 , wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
obtain the first video including the vehicle through the communication circuitry from a third external electronic device attachable to another vehicle different from the vehicle.
9 . The electronic device of claim 1 , further comprises a camera, wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
obtain the first video including the vehicle through the camera.
10 . A method of an electronic device with communication circuitry, a memory, a display, and at least one processor, comprising:
obtaining a first video indicating a vehicle;
identifying, from the first video, information of a license plate represented in the first video;
displaying a first visual object corresponding to a social network service (SNS) and a second visual object corresponding to a network service for reporting an event associated with the vehicle using the first video;
based on a first input with respect to the first visual object among the first visual object and the second visual object, displaying a first screen for determining a second video to be uploaded to the SNS, wherein the second video is an edited version of the first video such that the license plate is not visible in a portion of a preview video; and
based on a second input with respect to the second visual object among the first visual object and the second visual object, displaying a second screen for determining at least a portion of the first video to be uploaded, together with the information of the license plate, to the network service.
11 . The method of claim 10 , comprising:
obtaining the second video edited from the first video, by synthesizing at least one of a text object, an image, an audio signal to the first video based on an editing function using the first screen; and
uploading the second video to the SNS.
12 . The method of claim 10 , comprising:
obtaining a third video distinct from the first video based on editing at least one of a size and a length of the first video corresponding to a social network using the second screen, and
uploading the third video to the social network to report the vehicle indicated in the third video.
13 . The method of claim 12 ,
wherein the third video includes time information and location information that the third video was generated.
