The present disclosure relates to a calcium-activated chloride channel peptide activator and its therapeutic use.
Claims (2)
1 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising PBS with a TMEM16A peptide activator
consisting of an amino acid sequence L-A-R-R-S-P-R-S-S-D-G-K-L (SEQ ID NO: 2), wherein the TMEM16A peptide activator has a concentration of 10 mM or 100 μm.
