Gas production device, gas production system and gas production method
A gas production device and a gas production system capable of efficiently manufacturing a produced gas containing carbon monoxide from a raw material gas containing carbon dioxide are provided. The gas production device manufactures a produced gas containing carbon monoxide by bringing a raw material gas containing carbon dioxide into contact with a reductant that reduces the carbon dioxide. The device includes a connecting portion supplying the raw material gas, a reducing gas supply section supplying a reducing gas for reducing the reductant oxidized by contact with the carbon dioxide, a reaction section including a plurality of reactors, to which the connecting portion and the reducing gas supply section are respectively connected, and the reductant arranged in the reactors, and a concentration adjustment section provided between the connecting portion and the reactors and adjusting a concentration of oxygen contained in the raw material gas to less than 1% by volume.
1 . A gas production device that manufactures a produced gas containing carbon monoxide by bringing a raw material gas containing carbon dioxide into contact with a reductant that reduces the carbon dioxide, the gas production device comprising:
a raw material gas supply section that supplies the raw material gas;
a reaction section that is connected to the raw material gas supply section and that includes at least one reactor storing the reductant; and
a concentration adjustment section that is provided between the raw material gas supply section and the at least one reactor, and that adjusts a concentration of oxygen contained in the raw material gas,
wherein in the concentration adjustment section, the concentration of the oxygen contained in the raw material gas is adjusted to less than 1% by volume.
2 . The gas production device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the concentration adjustment section includes an oxygen removal apparatus that removes the oxygen contained in the raw material gas.
3 . The gas production device according to claim 1 ,
wherein the at least one reactor stores the reductant that produces the carbon monoxide by a reduction reaction of the carbon dioxide caused by contact with the raw material gas, and is capable of separating at least a part of oxygen atoms released from the carbon dioxide, in the system of the reduction reaction.
4 . The gas production device according to claim 3 ,
wherein the at least one reactor includes a plurality of reactors that store a reducing agent as the reductant, where the reducing agent contains a metal oxide that reduces carbon dioxide,
the gas production device further comprises a reducing gas supply section that supplies a reducing gas containing a reducing substance that reduces the reducing agent oxidized by contact with the carbon dioxide,
each of the reactors is connected to at least one of the raw material gas supply section and the reducing gas supply section, where the raw material gas and the reducing gas to be supplied to each of the reactors are switchable or the reducing agent is movable between the reactors.
5 . The gas production device according to claim 4 , further comprising a gas merging section that produces a mixed gas by merging gases that have passed through the at least one reactor that includes a plurality of reactors.
6 . The gas production device according to claim 4 , further comprising gas lines independent from each other, which are connected to the respective reactors of the at least one reactor that includes a plurality of reactors.
7 . The gas production device according to claim 4 ,
wherein the metal oxide contains at least one selected from metal elements belonging to the groups 3 to 12.
