Abstract

The present disclosure provides compounds that are inhibitors of interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinases 1 and 4 (IRAK1 and IRAK4) and their use in the treatment of medical disorders such as autoimmune disorders, cancer, and pain disorders.

Claims (4)

1 . A compound selected from:

or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

2 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

3 . A method for ameliorating pancreatic cancer, leukemia, and myeloma in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a compound of claim 1 , or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
