Abstract

A compound of Formula I, including pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and compositions and methods for treating human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection are set forth:

Claims (10)

1 . A compound or salt selected from the group consisting of:

and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.

2 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound or salt according to claim 1 .

3 . A composition according to claim 2 further comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient.

4 . A composition according to claim 2 or claim 3 suitable for oral administration, for intramuscular injection, or for subcutaneous injection.

5 . A method of treating HIV infection in a human comprising administration of a compound or salt according to claim 1 .

6 . The method of claim 5 wherein said administration is oral.

7 . The method of claim 5 wherein said administration is intramuscular injection or subcutaneous injection.

8 . The method of claim 5 wherein said method further comprises administration of at least one other agent used for treatment of AIDS or HIV infection in a human.

9 . The method of claim 8 wherein said at least one other agent is selected from the group consisting of dolutegravir, bictegravir, lamivudine, fostemsavir, and cabotegravir.
