Abstract

Provided are an interleukin 29 (IL29) mutant protein, and a fusion protein, a conjugate, a pharmaceutical composition, a product and a kit which comprises the mutant protein. The provided IL29 mutant protein has good activity and stability, and can effectively prevent and/or treat viral infectious diseases, tumors and other diseases needing to regulate the body immune function.

Claims (6)

1 . A method for treating a viral infectious disease or a tumor, comprising administering to a subject an effective amount of an interleukin 29 (IL-29) mutant protein, wherein the protein consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 9.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the viral infectious disease is a respiratory disease or hepatitis caused by viral infection.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the protein is used in combination with one or more other medicaments.

4 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein the one or more medicaments comprises an antiviral agent, a chemotherapeutic agent, an immunomodulatory agent, and an anti-inflammatory agent.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the viral infectious disease is caused by infection of SARS-COV-2.

6 . A method for treating a viral infectious disease or a tumor, comprising administering to a subject an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising an interleukin 29 (IL-29) mutant protein, wherein the protein consists of SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 9.
