Claims (5)

1 . A method of treating multiple myeloma comprising administering a bispecific antibody comprising an antigen-binding portion against human CD3 epsilon (CD3E) and an antigen-binding portion against human B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA), wherein the antigen-binding portion against human CD3E comprises:

the HCDR1 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 1, the HCDR2 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 2, the HCDR3 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3, the LCDR1 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 4, the LCDR2 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 5, and the LCDR3 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6;

and the antigen-binding portion against human BCMA comprises:

the HCDR1 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 7, the HCDR2 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 8, the HCDR3 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 9, the LCDR1 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 4, the LCDR2 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 5, and the LCDR3 as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 6;

wherein the HCDRs and the LCDRs are defined according to Kabat, to a subject in need thereof.
