Long-wear compositions containing silicone acrylate copolymer and T-modified silicone resin
Compositions including at least one silicone acrylate copolymer and at least one T-modified silicone resin, as well as methods of applying such compositions to keratinous material, are provided.
1 . A composition comprising (1) at least one silicone acrylate copolymer, (2) at least one T-modified silicone resin, and (3) optionally at least one MQ silicone resin and/or at least one glycerolated silicone resin,
wherein if the at least one MQ silicone resin is present in the composition, more of each of the at least one silicone acrylate copolymer and of the at least one T-modified silicone resin is present in the composition by weight than of the at least one MQ silicone resin, and
wherein if the at least one glycerolated silicone resin is present in the composition, more of each of the at least one silicone acrylate copolymer and of the at least one T-modified silicone resin is present in the composition by weight than of the at least one glycerolated silicone resin.
2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises at least one MQ silicone resin.
3 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises at least one glycerolated silicone resin.
4 . The composition of claim 2 , wherein the composition further comprises at least one glycerolated silicone resin.
5 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is anhydrous.
6 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is liquid.
7 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises at least one coloring agent.
8 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises at least one volatile oil.
9 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one silicone acrylate copolymer is an acrylates/dimethicone copolymer.
10 . A method of making up lips comprising applying the composition of claim 1 to lips in an amount sufficient to makeup the lips.
11 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one silicone acrylate copolymer is present in the composition in an amount of about 15% to about 25% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
12 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one T-modified silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 15% to about 25% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
13 . The composition of claim 11 , wherein the at least one T-modified silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 15% to about 25% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
14 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one MQ silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 1% to about 7.5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
15 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the at least one glycerolated silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 1% to about 7.5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
16 . The composition of claim 12 , wherein the at least one MQ silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 1% to about 7.5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
17 . The composition of claim 13 , wherein the at least one MQ silicone resin is present in the composition in an amount of about 1% to about 7.5% by weight with respect to the total weight of the composition.
18 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition is devoid of at least one MQ silicone resin.
