Bracket system for mounting an appliance to a cabinet structure
A bracket system for coupling an appliance to a cabinet structure includes a mounting bracket having an inner wall spaced-apart from an outer wall and a plurality of apertures is provided through the outer wall. The inner wall couples to the outer surface of the appliance in assembly. A trim member includes first and second mounting portions and an abutment portion inwardly offset from the first and second mounting portions. The first and second mounting portions each include a plurality of apertures disposed therethrough. An inner surface of the first mounting portion abuts the outer wall of the mounting bracket, such that the apertures disposed therebetween are aligned. The second mounting portion includes a plurality of apertures disposed therethrough, and an outer surface of the second mounting portion is configured to abut the inner surface of the cabinet compartment for mounting thereto.
1 . A roller box assembly, comprising:
a first housing assembly having an inner wall spaced-apart from an outer wall to define an interior cavity therebetween;
a second housing assembly having an inner wall spaced-apart from an outer wall to define an interior cavity therebetween;
a bottom plate having a body portion with upper and lower surfaces, opposed first and second side edges and a front edge, wherein the first housing assembly is coupled to the upper surface of the body portion of the bottom plate at the first side edge, and further wherein the second housing assembly is coupled to the upper surface of the body portion of the bottom plate at the second side edge, and further wherein an anchor bracket includes a first portion downwardly extending from the front edge of the bottom plate, and a second portion extending in a forward direction from the first portion of the anchor bracket; and
a front bracket interconnecting the first and second housing assemblies, wherein the front bracket includes a bottom edge having a flange extending rearwardly from the bottom edge, wherein the flange of the front bracket includes a relief portion, and further wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket of the bottom plate is received through and outwardly extends from the relief portion.
2 . The roller box assembly of claim 1 , wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include a front wall interconnecting the inner and outer walls thereof, respectively.
3 . The roller box assembly of claim 2 , wherein the first housing assembly includes a forward extending tab having an aperture disposed therethrough, and further wherein the forward extending tab of the first housing assembly extends forward beyond the front wall of the first housing assembly.
4 . The roller box assembly of claim 3 , wherein the second housing assembly includes a forward extending tab having an aperture disposed therethrough, and further wherein the forward extending tab of the second housing assembly extends forward beyond the front wall of the second housing assembly.
5 . The roller box assembly of claim 4 , wherein the front bracket is positioned between the forward extending tabs of the first and second housing assemblies.

The roller box assembly of claim 2 , wherein the front bracket includes opposed first and second sides, and further wherein the first side of the front bracket is coupled to the front wall of the first housing assembly, and further wherein the second side of the front bracket is coupled to the front wall of the second housing assembly.
7 . A roller box assembly, comprising:
a bottom plate having a body portion with upper and lower surfaces, a front edge and an anchor bracket, wherein the anchor bracket includes a first portion downwardly extending from the front edge below the lower surface of the body portion of the bottom plate and a second portion extending in a forward direction from the first portion of the anchor bracket;
first and second housing assemblies supported on the upper surface of the bottom plate at opposite sides thereof, wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include a front wall; and
a front bracket interconnecting the front walls of the first and second housing assemblies at opposed first and second ends thereof, wherein the front bracket includes a bottom edge having a flange extending rearwardly from the bottom edge, wherein the flange of the front bracket includes a relief portion disposed between rearwardly extending first and second tabs, and further wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket of the bottom plate is received through and outwardly extends from the relief portion.
8 . The roller box assembly of claim 7 , wherein the rearwardly extending first and second tabs are coupled to the lower surface of the body portion of the bottom plate.
9 . The roller box assembly of claim 7 , wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket is substantially parallel with the body portion of the bottom plate as extending outward in an orthogonal direction relative to the first portion of the anchor bracket.

The roller box assembly of claim 7 , wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include a forward extending tab having an aperture disposed therethrough, and further wherein the forward extending tabs of the first and second housing assemblies extend forward beyond the front walls of the first and second housing assemblies.
11 . The roller box assembly of claim 10 , wherein the front bracket is positioned between the forward extending tabs of the first and second housing assemblies.
12 . The roller box assembly of claim 7 , wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include an inner cavity having a wheel assembly supported therein.
13 . A mounting system, comprising:
a cabinet structure having a first sidewall with an inner surface, a second sidewall with an inner surface and a bottom wall with an inner surface, wherein the first and second sidewalls are spaced-apart from one another, and further wherein the first and second sidewalls and the bottom wall cooperate to partially define a cabinet enclosure;
an appliance received within the cabinet enclosure and having a roller box assembly, the roller box assembly, comprising:
a bottom plate having a body portion with upper and lower surfaces and a front edge with an anchor bracket disposed thereon, wherein the anchor bracket includes a first portion downwardly extending from the front edge of the bottom plate and a second portion extending in a forward direction from the first portion of the anchor bracket;
first and second housing assemblies operably coupled to opposed sides of the upper surface of the body portion of the bottom plate, wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include a forward extending tab extending outwardly beyond a front wall of the first and second housing assemblies; and
a front bracket operably coupled to the bottom plate and having a bottom edge with a flange extending rearwardly from the bottom edge, wherein the flange of the front bracket includes a relief portion disposed therealong, and further wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket of the bottom plate is received through and outwardly extends from the relief portion.
14 . The mounting system of claim 13 , wherein the forward extending tab of the first housing assembly is operably coupled to the inner surface of the first sidewall of the cabinet structure.
15 . The mounting system of claim 14 , wherein the forward extending tab of the second housing assembly is operably coupled to the inner surface of the second sidewall of the cabinet structure.
16 . The mounting system of claim 15 , wherein the forward extending tabs of the first and second housing assemblies each include an aperture disposed therethrough.
17 . The mounting system of claim 15 , wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket of the roller box assembly is operably coupled to the inner surface of the bottom wall of the cabinet structure.
18 . The mounting system of claim 17 , wherein the second portion of the anchor bracket of the roller box assembly includes one or more apertures disposed therethrough.
19 . The mounting system of claim 18 , wherein the first and second housing assemblies each include an inner cavity.
20 . The mounting system of claim 19 , wherein the inner cavities of the first and second housing assemblies each include a wheel assembly supported therein.
