Pulse drive circuit and signal transmission device
A pulse drive circuit includes: a buffer configured to receive a transmission pulse signal; a capacitor configured to be provided between the output terminal of the buffer and the primary coil of a transformer; and a first diode configured to be provided between the primary coil of the transformer and a reference potential terminal.
1 . A pulse drive circuit comprising:
a buffer configured to receive a transmission pulse signal;
a capacitor between an output terminal of the buffer and a primary coil of a transformer;
a first diode between the primary coil of the transformer and a reference potential terminal;
a second diode between the capacitor and the primary coil; and
a third diode between the reference potential terminal and the primary coil.
2 . The pulse drive circuit according to claim 1 , wherein
a first terminal of the capacitor is connected to the output terminal of the buffer,
an anode of the first diode and an anode of the third diode are both connected to the reference potential terminal,
a second terminal of the capacitor and a cathode of the first diode are both connected to an anode of the second diode, and
a cathode of the second diode and a cathode of the third diode are both connected to the primary coil of the transformer.
3 . A signal transmission device comprising:
a pulse transmission circuit configured to generate the transmission pulse signal according to an input pulse signal;
the pulse drive circuit according to claim 1 ;
the transformer; and
a pulse reception circuit configured to generate an output pulse signal according to a reception pulse signal appearing in a secondary coil of the transformer.
4 . The signal transmission device according to claim 3 , wherein
a first chip having the pulse transmission circuit and the pulse drive circuit integrated therein,
a second chip having the pulse reception circuit integrated therein, and
a third chip having the transformer integrated therein
are sealed in a single package.
