Abstract

This terminal comprises: a receiving circuit which receives first information on a plurality of resource units in a resource assignment candidate; and a control circuit which controls communication using the resource units on the basis of the first information.

Claims (24)

1 . A communication apparatus comprising:

a receiver, which, in operation, receives a trigger frame containing a user information field which includes a Resource Unit (RU) allocation information and first information, the user information field identifying a RU combination of more than one RU by indicating a size and a location of the more than one RU, wherein the RU allocation information and the first information jointly identify an RU combination, wherein the RU allocation information indicates an RU combination index corresponding to one of RU assignment candidates in a defined list of RU configuration information; and

a transmitter, which, in operation, transmits an uplink signal using RUs indicated by the identified RU combination.

2 . The communication apparatus according to claim 1 ,

wherein the trigger frame contains a common information field and a user specific field which contains a plurality of user information fields, the user information field being one of the plurality of user information fields.

3 . The communication apparatus according to claim 2 ,

wherein the trigger frame contains second information which specifies an RU assignment method, and the communication apparatus switches a definition of the RU allocation information based on the RU assignment method.

4 . The communication apparatus according to claim 3 ,

wherein the user field includes a RU allocation subfield containing the RU allocation information and an allocation type subfield containing the first information.

5 . The communication apparatus according to claim 4 ,

wherein the user field includes an association identifier (AID) subfield identifying the communication apparatus which the indicated RUs are assigned to.

6 . A communication method for a communication apparatus, the method comprising:

receiving a trigger frame containing a user information field which includes a Resource Unit (RU) allocation information and first information, the user information field identifying a RU combination of more than one RU by indicating a size and a location of the more than one RU, wherein the RU allocation information and the first information jointly identify an RU combination, wherein the RU allocation information indicates an RU combination index corresponding to one of RU assignment candidates in a defined list of RU configuration information; and

transmitting an uplink signal using RUs indicated by the identified RU combination.

7 . The communication method according to claim 6 ,

wherein the trigger frame contains a common information field and a user specific field which contains a plurality of user information fields, the user information field being one of the plurality of user information fields.

8 . The communication method according to claim 7 ,

wherein the trigger frame contains second information which specifies an RU assignment method, and the communication apparatus switches a definition of the RU allocation information based on the RU assignment method.

9 . The communication method according to claim 8 ,

wherein the user field includes a RU allocation subfield containing the RU allocation information and an allocation type subfield containing the first information.

10 . The communication method according to claim 9 ,

wherein the user field includes an association identifier (AID) subfield identifying the communication apparatus which the indicated RUs are assigned to.

11 . The communication method of claim 9 , wherein the information indicating the configuration type indicates a size of an RU.

12 . The communication apparatus of claim 4 , wherein the information indicating the configuration type indicates a size of an RU.
