Abstract

A method of treating or preventing pulmonary fibrosis in a patient in need thereof by administering a FAK inhibitor defined by formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof to said patient: (I)

Claims (4)

1 . A method of treating or preventing pulmonary fibrosis in a patient in need thereof by administering a FAK inhibitor defined by formula I or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to said patient:

2 . The method of claim 1 wherein said salt is a tartrate salt.

3 . The method of claim 1 wherein the pulmonary fibrosis is idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).

4 . The method of claim 1 wherein the pulmonary fibrosis is associated with infection with a coronavirus.
