One-button controlled water spray gun
A one-button controlled water spray gun has a switching valve unit configured for controlling the flow of water and a button unit configured for controlling operation of the switching valve unit. The button unit includes a first button and a second button that are arranged in the same axial direction to lean again each other. A first elastic member is provided between the first button and the switching valve unit. A pusher is provided on an outer periphery of the first button and is spaced apart from the second button. A second elastic member is provided between the pusher and the switching valve unit. In the process of pressing and moving the second button, different pressing resistances are provided in sections according to the pressing distance, thereby providing a good operating feel.
1 . A one-button controlled water spray gun, having an outer casing, an inner pipe and a water pipe connected to the inner pipe being provided in the outer casing, a front end of the inner pipe having a spray pattern adjustment unit, a rear end of the inner pipe having a switching valve unit configured for switching the inner pipe to be in communication with the water pipe and a button unit configured for controlling operation of the switching valve unit, characterized in that:
the button unit includes a first button and a second button that are arranged in a front-to-back configuration in a same axial direction, a first elastic member is provided between the first button and the switching valve unit, one end of the first elastic member is configured to push the first button for the first button to lean against the second button, a pusher is provided on an outer periphery of the first button, the pusher is opposite to and spaced apart from the second button, a second elastic member is provided between the pusher and the switching valve unit, one end of the second elastic member leans against the pusher, and another end of the second elastic member leans against a rear end of the switching valve unit; when the second button is pressed to move toward the pusher, the second button drives the first button to move forward and press against the first elastic member to generate a first pressing resistance; when the second button is pressed against the pusher to push the first button and the pusher to move toward the switching valve unit, the pusher is pressed against the second elastic member to additionally generate a second pressing resistance.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the outer casing has a barrel section and a grip section, the inner pipe is disposed in the barrel section, the water pipe is disposed in the grip section, the button unit is insertedly connected to a rear end of the barrel section, the second button extends out of the rear end of the barrel section for a user to press thereon, and a pressing direction of the button unit is arranged at 90 degrees to a vertical center line of the grip section.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the outer casing has a barrel section and a grip section, the inner pipe is disposed in the barrel section, the water pipe is disposed in the grip section, the button unit is insertedly connected to a rear end of the barrel section, the second button extends out of the rear end of the barrel section for a user to press thereon, a restricting sleeve is provided at an opening of the rear end of the barrel section for insertion of the second button, a front end of the restricting sleeve, facing the pusher, is formed with a contact surface for the pusher to lean against the contact surface, a first protruding portion is formed on an inner wall of a rear end of the restricting sleeve, a second protruding portion is formed on a periphery of a front end of the second button, and the second protruding portion is engagable with the first protruding portion.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the switching valve unit has a valve seat and a plug, a valve plate is provided on one side of the valve seat, facing the inner pipe, the valve plate is configured for closing the rear end of the inner pipe, the valve seat has a pressure relief hole, the plug is opposite to and spaced apart from the pressure relief hole, another end of the first elastic member leans against an actuating disc, the actuating disc and the plug are in contact with each other, when the plug is pushed by the actuating disc, the plug closes the pressure relief hole.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the button unit further includes a sleeve connected to the rear end of the switching valve unit, the switching valve unit has a rear cover disposed rearward of the switching valve unit, the rear cover is formed with an interface portion, a front end of the sleeve is threadedly connected to a threaded section in the interface portion, and the actuating disc, the first elastic member and a front end of the first button are sequentially disposed inside the sleeve in a front-to-back direction.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 5 , wherein a locking member is provided between the first button and the first elastic member, one end of the first elastic member elastically leans against the locking member, and the other end of the first elastic member elastically leans against the actuating disc, so that the locking member is pushed by the first elastic member to abut against the front end of the first button, when the first button is pushed forward by the second button, the locking member is pushed forward synchronously to force the first elastic member to push the actuating disc and the plug to move.

The one-button controlled water spray gun as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a first locking groove and a second locking groove are formed on an inner wall of the sleeve, the first locking groove and the second locking groove are spaced apart from each other and located at different depths of the sleeve, the locking member has a protrusion formed on an outer periphery of the locking member, the protrusion is located in the first locking groove, the front end of the first button is formed with a toothed portion, and one side of the protrusion, facing the toothed portion, forms an inclined surface to engage with the toothed portion, when the locking member is pushed forward by a distance greater than a spacing distance between the second button and the pusher, the protrusion on the locking member is rotated into the second locking groove, such that the locking member is kept in a forward protruding locking position.
