Abstract

A floating raised planter bed with innovative buoyant floatation capabilities is designed to mitigate flood damage to plants and property. The floating raised planter bed can comprise one or more planter bed sections. The floating raised planter bed has built-in buoyant structure that allows it to rise and float during flooding events, which not only safeguards the plants it contains but also enhances flood resilience in urban and suburban areas.
