Abstract

A mount assembly including a rail, a mount configured to secure the rail to a surface, a laser assembly. The laser assembly includes a laser projector. The laser assembly is slidable along the rail.

Claims (21)

1 . A mount assembly, comprising:

a first rail and a second rail connected together to form an extended rail;

a mount at least partially recessed within the extended rail and configured to secure the extended rail to a surface; and

a laser assembly, the laser assembly comprising a laser output configured to output a laser line;

wherein the laser assembly is slidable along the extended rail.

2 . The mount assembly of claim 1 , further comprising a slider, the slider mounted to the extended rail and the laser assembly secured to the slider.

3 . The mount assembly of claim 2 , wherein the mount is secured to a rear surface of the first rail, and the mount assembly further comprises a mount at least partially recessed within the extended rail and secured to a rear surface of the second rail.

4 . The mount assembly of claim 3 , wherein the mount is a magnetic mount.

5 . The mount assembly of claim 3 , wherein the mount is a suction cup mount.

6 . A mount assembly, comprising:

a rail;

a mount configured to secure the rail to a surface;

a laser assembly, the laser assembly comprising a laser output configured to output a laser line;

wherein the rail has a rear and a front opposite the rear;

wherein the mount extends at least partially through the rear of the rail;

wherein the laser output is slidable along the front of the rail; and

a first connector at a first end of the rail and a second connector at a second end of the rail, wherein a secondary rail is attached to one of the first connector or the second connector to form an extended rail.

7 . The mount assembly of claim 6 , wherein the laser assembly comprises a bubble vial.

8 . The mount assembly of claim 6 , further comprising a slider, the slider mounted to the rail and the laser output secured to the slider such that the laser output is slidable along the rail.

9 . The mount assembly of claim 6 , wherein the mount is a magnetic mount.

10 . The mount assembly of claim 6 , wherein the mount is a suction cup mount.
