Abstract

An optical element driving mechanism is provided and includes a fixed assembly, a first movable assembly and a first driving assembly. The first movable assembly is configured to connect a first optical element, and the first movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly. The first driving assembly is configured to drive the first movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly in a first dimension.

Claims (129)

1 . An optical element driving mechanism, comprising:

a first movable assembly, configured to be connected to a first optical element;

a fixed assembly, wherein the first movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly; and

a first cushioning element, disposed between the first movable assembly and the fixed assembly,

wherein the first cushioning element is made of sponge, rubber or a silicone material,

wherein the optical element driving mechanism further comprises:

a first driving assembly, configured to drive the first movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly;

a second movable assembly, configured to be connected to a second optical element; and

a second driving assembly, configured to drive the second movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly,

wherein the first driving assembly is configured to drive the first movable assembly to move relative to the fixed assembly and the second movable assembly in a first dimension, and

wherein the second driving assembly is configured to drive the second movable assembly to move in a second dimension relative to the fixed assembly and the first movable assembly.

2 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 1 , wherein:

the first movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly in the first dimension within a first extreme range;

the second movable assembly is movable relative to the fixed assembly in the first dimension within a second extreme range;

the first extreme range is different from the second extreme range; and

the first extreme range is smaller than the second extreme range.

3 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 2 , wherein:

the first optical element includes a lens;

the second optical element includes a lens;

movement in the first dimension is a linear movement in a first direction;

movement in the second dimension is a linear movement in a second direction;

in the first direction, a maximum size of the first optical element is different from a maximum size of the second optical element;

in the first direction, the maximum size of the first optical element is smaller than the maximum size of the second optical element; and

the first direction is parallel to the second direction.

4 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the optical element driving mechanism further comprises:

a third optical element; and

a photosensitive assembly, affixed to the fixed assembly and configured to receive a light beam passing through the first optical element;

the third optical element, the first movable assembly, the second movable assembly, and the photosensitive assembly are arranged in sequence along a main axis;

the first movable assembly has a first receiving groove corresponding to the first optical element;

the second movable assembly has a second receiving groove corresponding to the second optical element;

the first optical element is affixed to the first receiving groove by a first adhesive element;

the first adhesive element is disposed in the first receiving groove;

the first receiving groove is recessed from a first containing surface of the first movable assembly;

the first receiving groove further includes a first filling portion and a first narrow portion, and in the first direction, a maximum size of the first filling portion is greater than that of the first narrow portion; and

the first narrow portion is closer to the first optical element than the first filling portion.

5 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the second optical element is affixed to the second receiving groove by a second adhesive element;

the second adhesive element is disposed in the second receiving groove;

the second receiving groove is recessed from a second containing surface of the second movable assembly;

the second receiving groove further includes a second filling portion and a second narrow portion, and in the second direction, a maximum size of the second filling portion is greater than that of the second narrow portion;

in the first direction, a maximum size of the first narrow portion is smaller than a maximum size of the second narrow portion; and

in the first direction, the maximum size of the first filling portion is smaller than the maximum size of the second filling portion.

6 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 5 , wherein:

the first movable assembly includes a first loading part and a first sliding part;

the first loading part is fixedly connected to the first sliding part through a first middle part of the first movable assembly;

the first optical element is located between the first loading part and the first sliding part;

the first loading part has a plastic material;

the first sliding part has a plastic material; and

the first middle part has a metal material.

7 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 6 , wherein;

the first loading part and the first sliding part are arranged along a third direction, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction;

the first middle part has a long strip-shaped structure extending along the third direction;

the second movable assembly includes a second loading part and a second sliding part;

the first loading part is configured to load a first magnetic element of the first driving assembly; and

the second loading part is configured to load a second magnetic element of the second driving assembly.

8 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 7 , wherein;

the fixed assembly further has a first blocking portion disposed between the first loading part and the second loading part;

the first blocking portion is configured to block the first movable assembly in the first extreme range;

the first blocking portion is configured to block the second movable assembly in the second extreme range;

the optical element driving mechanism further includes a guiding rod passing through the first loading part, the first blocking portion, and the second loading part;

the guiding rod is fixedly disposed on the fixed assembly; and

the guiding rod has a long strip-shaped structure and extends in the first direction.

The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the optical element driving mechanism further includes at least one first guiding assembly which is in direct contact with the guiding rod, and the first guiding assembly includes at least two first guiding elements disposed in the first loading part of the first movable assembly;

the first guiding elements are configured to be in contact with the guiding rod;

when viewed in the first direction, the first magnetic element is located between the first guiding elements and a first permeability element of the first driving assembly; and

when viewed in the first direction, an included angle formed by a line connecting centers of the first guiding elements and the guiding rod is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees.

10 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 9 , wherein;

each of the first guiding elements has a spherical structure;

at least two first grooves are formed in the first loading part, and the first guiding elements are respectively fixed in the first grooves;

when the first movable assembly moves along the guiding rod, the first guiding elements do not rotate relative to the first grooves;

a plurality of first guiding assemblies are disposed in the first loading part and are arranged in the first direction; and

the first loading part contacts the guiding rod only through the first guiding assemblies.

11 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 10 , wherein:

the optical element driving mechanism further includes at least one second guiding assembly disposed in the second loading part, and the guiding rod passes through the second guiding assembly;

when viewed in the first direction, the second guiding assembly includes a first contacting slope, a second contacting slope, and a middle surface;

the middle surface is not parallel to the first contacting slope;

the middle surface is connected to the first contacting slope and the second contacting slope; and

when viewed in the first direction, the second magnetic element of the second driving assembly is located between the first contacting slope and a second permeability element of the second driving assembly.

12 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 11 , wherein:

the second driving assembly has a second pressing assembly configured to generate a magnetic attraction force or a repulsive force to drive the guiding rod to be in contact with the first contacting slope;

the first contacting slope and the second contacting slope are configured to be in contact with the guiding rod;

when viewed in the first direction, the included angle between the first contacting slope and the second contacting slope is greater than 45 degrees and less than 180 degrees;

a plurality of second guiding assemblies are disposed in the second loading part and are arranged in the first direction; and

the second loading part contacts the guiding rod only through the second guiding assemblies.

The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the optical element driving mechanism further includes at least one first guiding assembly which contacts the guiding rod directly, and the first guiding assembly includes at least two first guiding elements disposed in the first loading part of the first movable assembly;

the first guiding elements are configured to be in contact with the guiding rod;

when viewed in the first direction, the first magnetic element is located between the first guiding elements and a first permeability element of the first driving assembly; and

when viewed in the first direction, an included angle formed by a line connecting centers of the first guiding elements and the guiding rod is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees.

14 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 13 , wherein;

each of the first guiding elements has a spherical structure;

at least two first grooves are formed in the first loading part, and the first guiding elements are respectively fixed in the first grooves;

when the first movable assembly moves along the guiding rod, the first guiding elements do not rotate relative to the first grooves;

a plurality of first guiding assemblies are disposed in the first loading part and are arranged in the first direction; and

the first loading part contacts the guiding rod only through the first guiding assemblies.

15 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 14 , wherein;

the optical element driving mechanism further includes at least one second guiding assembly which is in direct contact with the guiding rod, and the second guiding assembly includes at least two second guiding elements disposed in the second loading part of the second movable assembly;

the second guiding elements are configured to be in contact with the guiding rod;

when viewed in the first direction, the second magnetic element is located between the second guiding elements and a second permeability element of the second driving assembly;

when viewed in the first direction, the included angle formed by a line connecting centers of the second guiding elements and the guiding rod is greater than 0 degrees and less than 180 degrees;

each of the second guiding elements has a spherical structure;

at least two second grooves are formed in the second loading part, and the second guiding elements are respectively fixed in the second grooves;

when the second movable assembly moves along the guiding rod, the second guiding elements do not rotate relative to the second grooves;

a plurality of second guiding assemblies are disposed in the second loading part and are arranged in the first direction; and

the second loading part contacts the guiding rod only through the second guiding assemblies.

16 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 15 , wherein the optical element driving mechanism further includes a first guiding member and a second guiding member, which are fixedly disposed on the fixed assembly;

the first guiding member and the second guiding member respectively correspond to the first sliding part and the second sliding part;

a first sliding member and a first magnet are disposed on the first sliding part;

when viewed in the first direction, the first sliding member is located between the first magnet and the first guiding member;

the first magnet and the first guiding member are configured to generate a first magnetic attraction force, so that the first sliding part drives the first sliding member to contact the first guiding member;

a second sliding member and a second magnet are disposed on the second sliding part;

when viewed in the second direction, the second sliding member is located between the second magnet and the second guiding member;

the second magnet and the second guiding member are configured to generate a second magnetic attraction force, so that the second sliding part drives the second sliding member to contact the second guiding member; and

the first sliding member and the second sliding member each have a spherical structure.

17 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 16 , wherein:

a length of the first guiding member in the first direction is different from a length of the second guiding member in the first direction;

in a fourth direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and the third direction, a size of the first guiding member is different from a size of the second guiding member;

in the fourth direction, the size of the first guiding member is smaller than the size of the second guiding member;

when viewed in the fourth direction, centers of the first guiding assemblies and a center of the first sliding member form a triangular structure, which surrounds a center of the first optical element; and

when viewed in the fourth direction, centers of the second guiding assemblies and a center of the second sliding member form a triangular structure, which surrounds a center of the second optical element.

18 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the optical element driving mechanism further includes other first cushioning element, and the two first cushioning elements are disposed on opposite sides of the first loading part along the first direction;

the optical element driving mechanism further includes two second cushioning elements disposed on opposite sides of the second loading part along the first direction;

the first cushioning elements and the second cushioning elements are arranged along the first direction;

the first cushioning elements are configured to contact the first blocking portion or a front side portion of the fixed assembly when the first loading part moves in the first extreme range;

the second cushioning elements are configured to contact the first blocking portion or a rear side portion of the fixed assembly when the second loading part moves in the second extreme range; and

the other first cushioning element and the second cushioning elements are made of sponge, rubber or a silicone material.

19 . The optical element driving mechanism as claimed in claim 18 , wherein:

the fixed assembly further includes a second blocking portion disposed between the first sliding part and the second sliding part;

a maximum length of the second loading part in the first direction is greater than a maximum length of the second sliding part in the first direction;

in the third direction, a maximum size of the first loading part is greater than a maximum size of the first sliding part; and

a length of the first blocking portion in the first direction is less than a length of the second blocking portion in the first direction.
