Conversational mediator system and method for interacting with conversational application for enhanced user experience and contextual responsiveness
A conversational mediator system includes: a mediator input generating module, a context management module and a response aggregation module. The mediator input generating module is configured to generate a mediator input based on a user input and auxiliary information associated with the user input, and accordingly send the mediator input to at least one conversational application. The context management module is configured to extract the auxiliary information from user data and update the user data based on responses to the mediator input that is generated by the at least one conversational application. The response aggregation module is configured to summarize and aggregate the responses to the mediator input that is generated by the at least one conversational application to generate a consolidated response.
1 . A conversational mediator system, comprising:
a mediator input generating module, configured to generate a plurality of mediator inputs based on a user input and auxiliary information associated with the user input, and accordingly send the mediator inputs to a plurality of conversational applications; wherein the mediator input generating module is further configured to generate a first mediator input to be provided to a first conversational application of the conversational applications and a second mediator input different from the first mediator input to be provided to a second conversational application of the conversational applications, wherein the first mediator input and the second mediator input are generated based on the same user input and are respectively tailored in accordance with inherent characteristics and capabilities of the first conversational application and the second conversational application;
a context management module, configured to extract the auxiliary information from user data and update the user data based on responses to the mediator inputs that are generated by the conversational applications; and
a response aggregation module, configured to summarize and aggregate the responses to the mediator inputs that are generated by the conversational applications to generate a consolidated response;
wherein the conversational applications are operated based on a generative artificial intelligence language model to comprehend, generate, and process natural language text in a conversational manner.
2 . The conversational mediator system of claim 1 , wherein the user data comprises personal information, behavioral information, preference information, and interaction history information.

The conversational mediator system of claim 1 , wherein the mediator input generating module is further configured to send the mediator inputs to at least one information retrieval system, and the response aggregation module is configured to summarize and aggregate the responses to the mediator inputs from the conversational applications and the at least one information retrieval system to generate the consolidated response.
4 . The conversational mediator system of claim 3 , wherein the at least one information retrieval system is a search engine.

The conversational mediator system of claim 1 , wherein the mediator input generating module is further configured to send the user input to at least one information retrieval system, and accordingly generate the mediator inputs based on response of the at least one information retrieval system, the user input and the auxiliary information.
6 . The conversational mediator system of claim 1 , wherein the context management module is further configured to synchronize updating of the user data between multiple user devices.
7 . A conversational mediating method, comprising:
receiving a user input;
extracting auxiliary information associated with the user input from user data;
generating a plurality of mediator inputs based on the user input and the auxiliary information, comprising:
generating a first mediator input to be provided to a first conversational application of a plurality of conversational applications and a second mediator input different from the first mediator input to be provided to a second conversational application of the conversational applications, wherein the first mediator input and the second mediator input are generated based on the same user input and are respectively tailored in accordance with inherent characteristics and capabilities of the first conversational application and the second conversational application;
sending the mediator inputs to the conversational applications, comprising:
sending the first mediator input to the first conversational application and sending the second mediator input to the second conversational application;
summarizing and aggregating responses to the mediator inputs that are generated by the conversational applications to generate a consolidated response; and
updating the user data based on the responses to the mediator inputs that are generated by the conversational applications;
wherein the conversational applications are operated based on generative artificial intelligence language models to comprehend, generate, and process natural language text in a conversational manner.
8 . The conversational mediating method of claim 7 , wherein the user data comprises personal information, behavioral information, preference information, and interaction history information.
9 . The conversational mediating method of claim 7 , further comprising:
sending the mediator inputs to at least one information retrieval system; and
summarizing and aggregating the responses to the mediator inputs from the conversational applications and the at least one information retrieval system to generate the consolidated response.
10 . The conversational mediating method of claim 9 , wherein the at least one information retrieval system is a search engine.
11 . The conversational mediating method of claim 7 , further comprising:
send the user input to at least one information retrieval system; and
generating the mediator inputs based on response of the at least one information retrieval system, the user input and the auxiliary information.
12 . The conversational mediating method of claim 7 , further comprising:
synchronize updating of the user data between multiple user devices.
